About the Role

We are looking for a Motion Designer (1–4 years experience) who can bring ideas to life through high-quality animations,

 transitions, and video content.

You’ll work closely with the creative, marketing, and performance teams to produce engaging motion content across digital platforms from ads and social media to app and website experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-impact motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns

Design scroll-stopping video ads for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Meta

A nimate product creatives, banners, and brand storytelling content

Collaborate with designers to convert static creatives into dynamic motion assets

Work on performance marketing creatives optimi zed for engagement and conversions

Develop micro-interactions and motion elements for app/web experiences

Edit and enhance short-form video content ( Reels, Shorts, Ads)

Ensure brand consistency across all motion outputs

S tay updated with latest trends in motion design, transitions, and GenZ content styles

Requirements

Job Description:

As an Instructional Design Apprentice, you will provide support in creating a broad range of creative materials including documents, presentations, eLearnings, newsletters, flyers, videos, and other media to assist our training team.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and Analysis: Conduct research on best practices in workplace inclusion and equity. Analyze data to identify trends and insights that can inform our strategies.

Content Development: Assist in creating training materials, presentations, and reports. Contribute to the development of engaging and informative content for our clients.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program related to social sciences, human resources, business, or a related field and experience in graphic design, studio art, communication art, or web design

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create clear and engaging content.

Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented and highly organized. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Technical Skills: Working knowledge of PowerPoint (and other Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Outlook) and preferred knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud.

Compensation and Expectations:

This internship is remote and unpaid. Interns are expected to work 15-20 hours a week.

Strong Senior Backend Engineer profiles

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 5+ years of hands-on Backend Engineering experience building scalable, production-grade systems

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have strong backend development experience using one or more frameworks (FastAPI / Django (Python), Spring (Java), Express (Node.js).

Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have deep understanding of relevant libraries, tools, and best practices within the chosen backend framework

Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have strong experience with databases, including SQL and NoSQL, along with efficient data modeling and performance optimization

Mandatory (Experience 5) – Must have experience designing, building, and maintaining APIs, services, and backend systems, including system design and clean code practices

Mandatory (Domain) – Experience with financial systems, billing platforms, or fintech applications is highly preferred (fintech background is a strong plus)

Mandatory (Company) – Must have worked in product companies / startups, preferably Series A to Series D

• Research and develop a list of potential sponsors for each exhibition/event.
• Research and develop a list of potential exhibitors when required.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential sponsorship clients.
• Keep precise records of conversations with all clients, sponsors and exhibitors.
• Update the company database as required.
• Invoice sponsors and exhibitors once agreements have been reached.
• Assist in preparing promotional material to advertise sales opportunities.
• Delegate administrative functions to assistants when possible.
