GormalOne is on a mission to make dairy farming highly profitable, especially for the smallest farmers living in the most neglected geographies. We are a dairy-focused technology solution provider with a vision to resolve the pain points of everyone in the dairy ecosystem. We are building a comprehensive platform for cattle management where farmers to AITs (Artificial Insemination technicians), para vets, veterinarians, consultants, and corporates can collaborate and benefit each other using data. Nitara offers an easy-to-use artificial intelligence-enabled herd management system for farmers/veterinary/paraprofessionals/AITs.

We are looking for a Flutter developer who has a passion for pushing mobile technologies to the limits. This Flutter app developer will work with our team of talented engineers to design and build the next generation of our mobile applications. Flutter programming works closely with other app development and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and build advanced applications for the Flutter platform targeting Android and iOS platforms
• Deploy the built apps in the play store and app store
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Work with external data sources and APIs
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement modern technologies to maximize development efficiency
• Use SOLID principles and design patterns effectively while coding
• Follow general coding guidelines
• In-depth knowledge of DART is necessary
• Working experience in git

Basic Requirements

• Have published more than one original Flutter app
• Built and deployed the flutter app on both Android and iOS platforms
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with the use of sensors such as gyroscopes and accelerometers.
• Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
• In-depth understanding of Object Orientation and any of the object-oriented languages like Java or C#
• Understanding agile development method
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Preferred Requirements

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject
• Proven software development experience with Flutter skills
• Proven working experience of minimum 2+ Years in Flutter app development

What can fetch you brownie points?

• Hands on experience with React Native is required
• Hands-on experience in React Native APIs, ReactJS, Javascript, ECMAScript (OOJS) and JSX.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript ecosystem
• Hands on experience on Android in creating Hybrid / Native applications
• Demonstrable UI/UX experience on a large-scale app.
• Thorough understanding of React Native development tools like IDEs (Nuclide, Atom, Sublime Text, or Visual
• Good knowledge of JS frameworks like ReactJS is a plus.

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Software Development Engineer II (SDE2) to help deliver high visibility and impact features for the ChakraHQ Platform. ChakraHQ Platform is the world's first Omnichannel Process Automation Platform. Imagine AWS but for operations and business teams; built on cutting edge technology stacks, to solve problems for modern businesses.

Technology specialists at ChakraHQ are at the core of the company's decisions and vision. As an SDE2, you will contribute to the design and development of the core technology stack of the ChakraHQ Platform. Working closely with Engineering, Product Management, Sales and Customer Success you will take ownership to develop features, plugins and custom fixes that will materially impact customer’s and ChakraHQ’s business. You will also be responsible for maintaining a streamlined build and CI/CD system. You will help coordinate the incorporation of upstream features into the ChakraHQ Platform. 

Technologies you will work with: React-Native, Javascript, Android, iOS, PostgreSQL, Serverless, AWS, Google Cloud

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain features, services, products that are part of ChakraHQ
• Own delivery of said features and services
• Own success of the products by tracking its lifecycle with customers
• Build systems that scale horizontally
• Implement clean and modern mobile interfaces that provide an excellent user experience. 
• Write automated tests to ensure code quality
• Work with customers to build a product roadmap
• Work with sales & marketing to sell your product to end-users
• Work as an integral part of an agile software development team to build features end-to-end
• Support those features in the ChakraHQ production environment by participating in an on-call rotation

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• 3+ years of experience working on teams to develop and deploy web or mobile applications
• Expertise with Javascript
• Knowledge of frameworks such as React-Native is a big plus
• Ability to write code compatible across browsers and other clients
• Good understanding of backend systems i.e. web services, APIs from a consumer perspective
• Proficiency with git and Github workflows
• Expertise with test-driven development and automated testing
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English
• Open to learn and work on new technologies

Qualification Required:

• Minimum 2 year of work experience
• Graduate or Diploma in related field
• Relevant experience candidates will be highly preferred
