We are looking for a Chartering Executive/Sr. Chartering Executive with a strong background in Shipping & Logistics, specifically in NVOCC and Freight Forwarding Operations.
Location: Belapur, Navi Mumbai (ONSITE/REMOTE/HYBRID)
Qualifications/Requirements:
· Diploma or above, preferably holder of Degree in Marine Studies / Shipping Operations or related discipline.
· At least 2 years chartering experience with proven track record in dry bulk cargo and Projects cargos.
· Solid network with ship owners/operators, brokers and ship operator is highly preferred.
· Good knowledge of all type of dry bulk cargo charter parties.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Good in written & spoken English
· Proficient in MS word, excel and outlook.
· Detail and result oriented, proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently.
· Willing to work in multi-cultural environment.
- Familiarity with project cargo, bulk shipments, or NVOCC operations
Key Responsibilities:
· To handle complete post fixture operation of a time charter and voyage chartered vessels.
· Prepare voyage costing, final hire calculations and laytime calculations of the vessel.
· Finalizing port disbursement account with agents.
· Independent communication with owners/brokers/receiver and shipping agents etc.
· Filing and keeping records of hire/payments, updating vessel and bunker register etc.

The Data / Business Analyst plays a key role in Customer’s Data Hub initiative, supporting the delivery of standardized, trusted, and compliant regulatory data across the organization. This role act as the bridge between business requirements, data governance, and technical implementation ensuring that data pipelines, models, and mappings are accurate, validated, and ready for business use.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with source system owners and regulatory stakeholders to gather and refine data pipeline requirements.
Translate data pipeline requirements into epics and stories ready for refinement in Jira.
Lead backlog refinement sessions with data architects, domain leads, and scientists to prioritize data ingestion and transformation activities.
Define story structure to comprise the requirements of the work to be done and the definition of done and the different types of tasks relevant for the domain to accomplish with their associated roles, documented in a Confluence page.
