Role: Frontend Engineer

We’re looking for a Frontend Engineer who can own frontend components end-to-end and help shape the UI architecture of Lyncstack’s core product.

You’ll work closely with the founder (acting as product owner/architect) and the backend engineer to build scalable, maintainable, and performance-conscious user interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Own frontend components from design to production
• Build scalable and maintainable UI using React
• Translate product ideas into clean, intuitive user experiences
• Collaborate directly on backend integration and product decisions
• Maintain high UI discipline, performance awareness, and code quality

Minimum Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on frontend development experience
• Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript / TypeScript
• Experience with component-driven architecture
• Prior experience shipping real, user-facing features
• Ability to work independently and take ownership

• Experience with early-stage products or MVPs
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS or modern styling systems
