Requirements

 

Must have (1.5 - 10) years of experience in front end development in an internet startup

Deep knowledge of Angular practices and commonly used modules based on extensive work experience

Proficiency with javascript and html5

Extensive knowledge of CSS and JS methods for providing performance visual effects and keeping the frame rate above 30 fps at all times

Thorough understanding of the responsibility of the platform, database, API, caching layer, proxies and other web services used in the system

Creating custom general use modules and components which extend the elements and modules of core Angular

Cooperating with the back end developer in the process of building restful API

Write functional requirement documents and guides

Must have skills (Angular 6, CSS, HTML, Javascript (ES5 and ES6), rest ful API, Product company / startup experience)

Design Analyze, design & document the system/solution based on the business needs which is scalable, resilient and maintainable with low overhead for both client and server-side
Problem-solving Solve the challenges and problems faced by the team by guiding and team with best practices
Coordinate - Communicate system requirements to developers; explain system structure to them and provide assistance
Code Reviews Perform code reviews
Planning Plan and assign tasks to team members

Desired Candidate Profile

2+ years of industry work experience
Proven experience as a UI Developer or similar role
2+ years of web application development with JavaScript as full stack
Full stack experience designing and building scalable applications from end-to-end
Excellent JavaScript / Typescript skills
Strong proficiency in Reactjs
Strong proficiency in Nodejs
Good HTML5 / CSS3 skills with expertise on responsive web design
Must have Design and development experience in Micro services using NodeJS and TypeScript
Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, mongoose, aggregation framework and Redis
Experience with Web sockets and related frameworks (e.g. Socket.IO)

Invesco is seeking a skilled React.js Developer with a strong background in data analytics to join our team. The Engineer within the Enterprise Risk function will manage complex data engineering, analysis, and programming tasks in support of the execution of the Enterprise Risk and Internal Audit activities and projects as defined by the Enterprise Risk Analytics leadership team. The Engineer will manage and streamline data extraction, transformation, and load processes, design use cases, analyze data, and apply creativity and data science techniques to deliver effective and efficient solutions enabling greater risk intelligence and insights.

 

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

 

• Acquire, transform, and manage data supporting risk and control-related activities

Work Experience / Knowledge:

 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, data management, software development or data-related risk management roles; previous experience in programming will be considered.
