Role: Visual/Graphic Designer

Rite KnowledgeLabs is hiring a Graphic Designer to create visually compelling brand and marketing designs for top MNCs and Indian brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Create designs for digital campaigns, social media, presentations, brochures, infographics, and marketing collateral. 
• Develop creative concepts and visual assets that align with brand guidelines and project objectives. 
• Translate business and content strategies into visually engaging stories. 
• Collaborate with the content, marketing, and web design teams to ensure design consistency. 
• Adapt and optimize designs for multiple formats (web, social, print). 
• Present design ideas and rationales to internal teams and clients. 

Key Requirements

• Design Expertise: Strong portfolio in graphic design, including digital creatives, print materials, branding, and marketing communication. 
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and tools like Canva or Figma (added advantage). 
• Creative Proficiency: Solid grasp of color theory, typography, layout design, illustration, and visual hierarchy. 
• Adaptability: Ability to design for diverse formats — from social media graphics to corporate presentations. 
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for aesthetics, balance, and brand alignment. 

Qualifications 

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Commercial Art, Fine Arts, or a related field from a reputed design school. 
• Professional Experience: 0–3 years of experience in graphic design for digital and/or print media. 
• Freshers with a strong design portfolio are welcome.

Job description:

1. Managing and maintaining financial records, including general ledger accounts and financial statements.

2. Reviewing financial documents and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.

3. Reviewing and processing vendor invoices with an accurate booking of TDS/GST

4. Assisting in stock audits

5. Providing timely financial information to support decision-making processes

Skills Set Required:

1. Good technical knowledge in tax and accounting.

• Provide Support to me for Plant's Zoho Activities
• Data Entry skillset for mass data related tasks at Engage Portal
• Need to be proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in Zoho will be preferable.
• Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Creator (Any Experience on these Applications)
• Knowledge of Common IT Troubleshooting
