Key Responsibilities
- Create designs for digital campaigns, social media, presentations, brochures, infographics, and marketing collateral.
- Develop creative concepts and visual assets that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Translate business and content strategies into visually engaging stories.
- Collaborate with the content, marketing, and web design teams to ensure design consistency.
- Adapt and optimize designs for multiple formats (web, social, print).
- Present design ideas and rationales to internal teams and clients.
Key Requirements
- Design Expertise: Strong portfolio in graphic design, including digital creatives, print materials, branding, and marketing communication.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and tools like Canva or Figma (added advantage).
- Creative Proficiency: Solid grasp of color theory, typography, layout design, illustration, and visual hierarchy.

Qualifications
