What This Role Really Is

As our Social Media Manager, you’ll own how MeltPlan shows up in public. You’ll create AI-powered short-form content including videos, reels, stories, and experimental formats using modern AI tools instead of traditional production workflows. You’ll engage directly with architects, engineers, and builders, start real conversations, and help build an active community around AI and the future of construction, not just posts and follower counts.

This role is for someone who loves being around people and loves creating. Someone who naturally builds relationships, enjoys talking and engaging, and wants to be visibly involved in shaping how an entire industry thinks about AI. You’ll work closely with the founding team to help lead the narrative of AI in construction and define how a new category is understood.

This is also a rare opportunity to become AI-first by default. You’ll get hands-on exposure to AI tools across video creation, storytelling, editing, experimentation, and community building. If you want to become the kind of social media marketer who deeply understands AI, not just someone who uses it occasionally, this role is designed for that path.

What you’ll do

• Create punchy, educational, on-brand reels, short videos, and posts using AI tools across Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
• Experiment with AI-powered content creation: reels, short films, storytelling formats, and community-driven content
• Act as a brand ambassador – actively engaging with architects, engineers, contractors, and others in the industry
• Build and nurture relationships and communities
• Help lead and evolve MeltPlan’s narrative as a category-defining company
• Stay close to people: Conversations, DMs, comments, and industry discourse
• Work directly on brand storytelling, creative direction, and growth initiatives

We are hiring a UI Engineering Lead with minimum 10 years of work exp,to drive frontend architecture scalable UI systems, and user experience across internal and external applications. The role involves building modern web applications using React, TypeScript, Next.js, Vite, and TailwindCSS, while leading reusable component development and microfrontend architecture using Module Federation. You will work closely with product and engineering teams, integrate Firebase services, and ensure frontend quality through Playwright and Vitest testing frameworks. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in frontend engineering, scalable design systems, and modern UI architecture.

• Build and maintain scalable frontend applications using React, TypeScript, and Next.js
• Develop modern UI systems using TailwindCSS and reusable component patterns

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically strong AI QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of Large Language Model (LLM)-based systems. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing test strategies, validating model outputs, and building evaluation frameworks to enhance the accuracy, safety, and overall performance of AI-driven applications.We would particularly value candidates who have hands-on experience in developing evaluation frameworks (evals) for AI systems, along with strong expertise in comprehensive system testing and quality assurance practices.You are responsible for making MeltPlan work in the real world.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and execute evaluation frameworks (Evals) for Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI systems.
• Perform end-to-end system testing, regression testing, and performance testing for AI-driven applications.
• Validate model outputs for accuracy, consistency, safety, hallucination detection, and edge cases.
• Build automated test pipelines and quality benchmarks for AI systems.
• Collaborate closely with AI/ML engineers, product teams, and platform engineers to improve system reliability.
• Analyze failures, identify root causes, and provide actionable feedback to improve model behavior.
• Develop datasets, prompts, and testing scenarios to measure model performance across multiple use cases.

What We're looking for: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5–7 years of experience in QA/testing, preferably in AI/ML or data-driven systems
• Strong experience in AI/LLM evaluation frameworks and system testing.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing methodologies and QA processes.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, AI benchmarking, and model validation techniques.
• Experience working with Python and testing frameworks.
• Understanding of LLM behaviors, hallucinations, prompt injection risks, and AI safety concepts.
• Exposure to tools/frameworks such as OpenAI Evals, LangSmith, DeepEval, Promptfoo, or similar platforms is preferred.

The role involves solving downstream business use cases such as quantity takeoff, code compliance, value engineering, and constructability analysis.We are specifically looking for hands-on researchers with experience in solving real-world Computer Vision problems and building custom vision models, VLMs, or VLLMs for production-grade applications.

What You’ll Do

• Build and optimize custom Computer Vision models, VLMs, and VLLMs for construction intelligence workflows.
• Solve downstream business use cases including quantity takeoff, code compliance, value engineering, and constructability analysis.
• Conduct applied research in Computer Vision, multimodal AI, document understanding, and spatial reasoning.
