Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms
Manage and scale campaigns with a strong focus on ROI and cost efficiency

Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance metrics
Conduct structured A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and messaging
Drive lead generation, conversions, and customer acquisition objectives
Ensure accurate pixel tracking, event optimization, and attribution analysis
Collaborate with internal teams for creative assets and campaign alignment
Prepare performance reports with actionable strategic insights
Required Qualifications & Skills
4–6 years of hands-on experience in Meta / Facebook advertising
