Role Overview

This role is responsible for managing travel arrangements, routine administrative work, payments, inventory control, and record maintenance. The position plays a key role in ensuring cost efficiency, timely coordination, and error-free administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

-Travel Coordination & Cost Control

Manage end-to-end travel arrangements for staff and technicians, including flight, train, and hotel bookings, ensuring accuracy, cost efficiency, and timely communication of confirmed travel details.

-Administrative Operations & Payment Processing

Handle routine administrative activities including petty cash, credit card entries (CEO/JMD), and timely processing of payments, ensuring accuracy, proper documentation, and adherence to approvals.

-Inventory Control & Vendor Coordination

Oversee office stationery inventory by maintaining optimal stock levels, preventing excess or obsolete items, raising timely indents, and coordinating effectively with vendors and service providers.

-Records Management, Reporting & Coordination

Maintain organized, retrievable administrative records, ensure proper documentation and labeling, coordinate interviews and internal requirements, and submit accurate weekly administrative reports on time.

• Thorough understanding of Reconciliation and hands on development experience on Intellimatch 9.2.7 or higher version
• Comprehensive understanding of SDLC in developing new Reconciliations in IntelliMatch. Involvement across all stages of Software Development life cycle (SDLC) including business requirement analysis, data mapping, validate data against requirement, build, unit testing, peer reviews, systems integration and user acceptance testing.
• Analyze & develop Test Strategies, design Test Plans, & generate and execute Test Cases.
