● Strong skill set in editorial design, visual design, and information design.

● Translate complex topics visually, through design research, layouts, and other design aspects.

● Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is a must ( Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop is a plus).

● Experience of a minimum of 3 years as a Graphic Designer working on editorial projects, print media projects, or as a Print Production Artist.

● Candidates must have a Bachelor of Design degree in Graphic Design, Print Design, Communication Design or any other related branches.

● Possess a creative flair, originality, good visual aesthetic sense, and research skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective leads and handle callback requests
• Conduct WhatsApp and Email conversations with leads professionally
• Clearly explain Bhanzu’s courses and USPs to parents/students
• Convince potential customers to book and attend trial classes
• Accurately update and manage lead data in the CRM
• Collaborate with team members to optimize the lead conversion journey

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written)
