Designer II

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 3–6 years | Type: Full-time | Reports to: CTO

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for PitchSense AI.
• Define visual identity, motion, and interaction patterns.
• Collaborate closely with engineers for smooth handoffs and rapid prototyping.
• Run design reviews, mentor Designer I, and champion user-centric decisions.
• Design across AI simulation UIs, partner dashboards, and training experiences.

Requirements

• 3–6 years in UI/UX or product design.
• Mastery of Figma, or equivalent tools.
• Portfolio demonstrating system-level and data-heavy design work.
• Collaborative, detail-driven mindset.

Bonus

• Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows.
• Early-stage SaaS or B2B product experience.
