We’re seeking a highly experienced and certified Salesforce Platform Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce Platform Solutioning and Administration. This role is pivotal in bridging business needs with technical execution, driving digital transformation across CRM initiatives in the organization. You’ll lead Platform Architecture, solution design, stakeholder collaboration, and platform optimization for high-impact service delivery.

Requirements:

• 10–15 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce, with strong exposure to Architecting solutions across Financial Services Cloud, Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Architect, Financial Services Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Application Architect.
• Proven ability to translate financial business processes into technical solutions.
• Experience with Enterprise Integrations with Salesforce.
• Experience with contact center technologies, including CTI integration, case routing, and service analytics.
• Strong understanding of financial products, customer lifecycle management, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Role Summary

Own the design and implementation of the contract generation capability in

C3/Salesforce—including canonical template modeling, field mappings, merge logic, and

approval workflows—and deliver a pilot/MVP that enables automated, correct contract

generation.

Key Responsibilities

 Lead end-to-end build of merge templates and document generation flows for contract

types in Salesforce/C3; establish reusable patterns and governance.

 Translate business requirements into technical designs (data model, mapping, merge rules,

validation/approvals) and own backlog grooming and sprint readiness.

 Implement in Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Approvals,

and REST/SOAP APIs; integrate with clause libraries and metadata sources.

 Set engineering standards (coding guidelines, branching, CI/CD), perform code reviews, and

mentor developers; ensure performance, security, and auditability.

 Deliver a pilot for at least one contract type and expand to additional templates based on

fit/gap and stakeholder feedback; drive UAT and release readiness.
