
Senior Sales Manager B2B eCommerce (North America)
We are looking for a high-ownership Senior Sales Manager who can convert qualified opportunities into revenue and drive growth in our B2B eCommerce services. This is a closing-focused role where you will work on pre-qualified meetings, lead consultative sales conversations with North American clients, own pipeline progression, and contribute to pipeline generation through LinkedIn and networks. You will also support and guide a small team of SDRs / junior sales reps to improve pipeline quality and conversion outcomes, while consistently driving deals to closure and achieving revenue targets.
Shift: Flexible (North America calls required) Hybrid
Salary: 14- 16 LPA (Fixed) + Up to 12 LPA Incentives
What You Will Own
Deal Ownership and Closures
- Own qualified opportunities from first call to closure
- Lead discovery, solutioning, proposal, negotiation, and closing
- Drive urgency, structured follow-ups, and momentum across deal stages
- Ensure strong conversion from meetings to revenue
North America Client Engagement
- Conduct video calls with US-based prospects, including evening or night hours when required
- Understand business challenges and position relevant solutions
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers across SMB and mid-market companies
Pipeline Management and Forecasting
- Own and manage the sales pipeline in CRM tools
- Maintain strong follow-ups, activity tracking, and pipeline hygiene
- Provide accurate weekly forecasts and revenue visibility
Consultative Selling (eCommerce / Magento / AI)
- Position Adobe Commerce (Magento) and B2B eCommerce solutions
- Identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions and automation
- Deliver compelling product demos and solution walkthroughs
Self-Driven Business Development
- Generate additional pipeline through LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and personal network
- Contribute 1–2 qualified opportunities per month independently
- Proactively follow up and revive dormant opportunities
SDR / Junior Sales Team Support
- Guide 2–3 SDRs / junior sales reps on outreach, qualification, and messaging
- Improve meeting quality and conversion rates through feedback and coaching
- Ensure strong follow-ups, CRM hygiene, and pipeline discipline across the team
- Act as the bridge between SDR efforts and deal closure
Internal Coordination and Commercial Ownership
- Work closely with pre-sales and delivery teams to shape proposals
- Ensure solutions are practical, profitable, and aligned with client expectations
- Push back internally when required to protect deal viability and margins
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 6–10 years of experience in B2B IT services or eCommerce sales
- Proven experience in closing deals (not just lead generation or coordination)
- Experience working with or guiding SDRs / junior sales teams
- Experience selling to North American clients
- Strong understanding of Adobe Commerce (Magento) or similar platforms and B2B eCommerce ecosystems
- Comfortable working in flexible hours aligned with the US market
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce
