Role Overview 

As a Software Craftsperson III, your impact is felt at an initiative/pod-level, solving problems with high autonomy, technical depth, and ability to influence team practices. You promote a learning culture within your team; encourages curiosity and simplification.  

At this level, you are expected to apply feedback effectively, mentor others, and contribute meaningfully to team and pod-level impact. You provide timely, trend-based feedback that improves team outcomes; and creates impact by leading up and down.

Responsibilities 

Take responsibility for the full lifecycle of an initiative, independently managing production readiness gaps and escalations. 

Design and deliver features of end-to-end, balanced scope, quality, and maintainability. 

Identify technical or product issues beyond the immediate scope of work. 

Identify process waste using DevEx and DORA principles and drive improvements. 

Support estimation, vertical slicing, and MVP discussions. 

Drive initiative-level improvements in flow and quality. 

Communicate effectively at the appropriate level of abstraction with both team and client. 

Provide timely, trend-based feedback. 

Lead through ambiguity by clarifying priorities, aligning stakeholders, and keeping the team focused on outcomes. 

Promote a learning culture within the team. 

Mentor engineers to raise team performance. 

Shape team practices related to code quality, tooling, and process. 

Use AI to accelerate design, testing, and delivery. 

Requirements

What We’re Looking For 

Must have: Should have strong specialization in either Python or PHP (around 5+ years of experience) along with solid working knowledge of the other technology (at least 2 years of experience).

Good to have: React.js and Tyepscript

A curious and constant learning mindset that looks at tech to an end to solve problems.

This is a hybrid role that requires in-office presence three days a week.​

Job Summary:

• We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Software Engineer to join our team.
• This role requires a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, proficiency in coding, and excellent communication skills.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for production monitoring, resolving minor technical issues, collecting client information, providing effective client interactions, and supporting our development team in resolving challenges

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries, provide excellent communication, and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues related to software applications in a timely manner.
• Information Collection: Gather detailed technical information from clients, understand the problem context, and relay the information to the development leads for further action.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development leads and cross-functional teams to provide timely support and resolution for customer issues.
• Documentation: Document client issues, actions taken, and resolutions for future reference and continuous improvement.
• Software Development Lifecycle: Be involved in maintaining, supporting, and optimizing software through its lifecycle, including bug fixes and enhancements.
• Automating Redundant Support Tasks: (good to have) Should be able to automate the redundant repetitive tasks Required Skills and Qualifications:

Mandatory Skills:

• Expertise in at least one Object Oriented Programming language (Python, Java, C#, C++, Reactjs, Nodejs).
• Good knowledge on Data Structure and their correct usage.
• Open to learn any new software development skill if needed for the project.
• Alignment and utilization of the core enterprise technology stacks and integration capabilities throughout the transition states.
• Participate in planning, definition, and high-level design of the solution and exploration of solution alternatives.
• Define, explore, and support the implementation of enablers to evolve solution intent, working directly with Agile teams to implement them.
• Good knowledge on the implications.
• Experience architecting & estimating deep technical custom solutions & integrations.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical issues to non-technical clients.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Cloud Platforms and Cyber Security tools: Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and Cortex XSOAR, SIEM, SOAR, XDR tools is a plus.
• Automation and Scripting: Experience with automating processes or writing scripts to support issue resolution is an advantage.

Work Environment:

• This is a rotational shift position
• During evening shift the timings will be (5 PM to 2 AM), and you will be expected to work independently and efficiently during these hours.
• The position may require occasional weekend shifts depending on the project requirements.

Role: .NET Developer with React.js

3+ years in .NET/C# development (ASP.NET, Web API, MVC or Core)

Expertise in React.js (Redux, Hooks, component design)

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Working with technical architects, able to convert the architecture into design and code in Java (Spring Boot), AngularJS, and NodeJS.

·       Able to generate LLD documents.

·       Ability to write Quality code with minimum defects.

·       Unit Test and following the coding standards.

·        

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:

·       5+ years strong programming and logical skills in Java (Spring Boot), AngularJS, Object Oriented Java script, NodeJS and HTML5

·       Hands on Experience on Java (Spring Boot), and MySQL is mandatory. Must have completed at least 2 full projects using Spring boot and AngularJS.

·       Excellent knowledge and experience in Spring JPA, RESTful webservices implementation.

·       NodeJS experience is value add

·       Should have participated in, and be familiar with, Agile (Scrum) project methodology and practices.

·       Must be able to mentor and guide junior technical resources.

·       One who is proactive and come forward with technology related initiatives. Motivated self-starter. 

·       Good Communication skills. English - Oral and Written.

Requirements:

·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

·       Minimum of 4 years of professional Python development experience.

·       Strong expertise in Django framework and its ecosystem.

·       Proficiency in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks.

·       Experience with database systems like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.

·       Knowledge of RESTful API design and integration.

·       Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.

·       Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

·       Strong communication and collaboration skills.

·       Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.

·       Experience with React.js and Docker is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of MERN stack (MongoDB, Express JS, React JS, Node JS, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Bootstrap, SASS)
• You will also need to interact with mysql databases.
• Develop user interfaces for modern rich internet applications with the latest front-end technologies
• Should have knowledge of of consuming and creating APIs
• Developing features to enhance the user experience.
• Should have excellent in-depth knowledge of Nodejs and MongoDB
• Hands-on experience working with Object-Oriented JavaScript (OOJS), JavaScript libraries, and their practical uses in building complex interactive experiences
• Building reusable code for future use

The desired candidate must have 6+ years of total experience in Web Applications Development with good expertise in MEAN, MERN Stack (MongoDB, ExpressJS, AngularJS, Node.js, React.js), strong development and coding skills, good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Coding and Development. The desired candidate will be responsible for developing next-generation web applications & software products

- Analyzing requirements, problems and solving them with the best solution

- Producing high-quality code without much supervision and on-time delivery

- Working in a cross-functional team, collaborating with peers during the entire SDLC
- Defining code architecture decisions to support a high-performance and scalable product

**Technical Skills**

- In-depth knowledge of MongoDB, AngularJS, Node.js, React.js and good work experience in MEAN /  MERN Stack.

- Should have good experience in back-end development with Node.js

- Experience implementing front-end applications using HTML5, Angular and / or React, LESS / SASS.

- Good knowledge of OOPS concepts, Web Development Concepts, HTML, JSON, REST API development.

- Strong coding skills, good analytical and problem-solving skills

**Non-Technical Skills**

- Must have good oral and written communication skills

- Must be dedicated to delivering high-quality work and adhering to timelines
