Fullstack Developer

Requirement

• Strong knowledge of Php frameworks (Laravel, Zend must).

• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies, such as react js or Vue js.

• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming.

• Write effective APIs.

• Write technical documentation.

• Familiarity with SQL/No SQL databases.

• Understanding of code versioning tools like Github.

• Take full responsibility for task/project execution

• Good problem-solving skills, Data structures, and Algorithms.

• Should have experience in Webservices (SOAP/REST) and JSON

• Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

What will you be doing as Cloud Application Developer;
• Design and build scalable REST API’s and integrate third party API’s
• While you focus on one stack, you will also work on multiple stacks - Backend, Frontend, Databases, Infra, etc.
• Unifying data structures across multiple internal built systems to ensure continuity and enhancements of functionality
• Implement scalable, robust and highly available solutions
• Identify and/or question problems/issues and have the ability to scope out a solution with clean modular code
• Participate in Sprint Planning activities - sizing, estimations and assessments
• Conduct peer to peer code reviews and write unit test cases along with your code
• Work with the QA team to ensure that your code is always delivered on time and matching the criteria of all stories
• Show demoes of the features and functionality you have developed.

Technical and General Skills we expect you to have;
• Quick learner, good at math and problem solving skills
• Strong in communication - verbal and written
• Fair working knowledge of design patterns
• Good in Data Structures and writing algorithms
• Experience working on MVC frameworks
• 1+ year of experience in writing code in either Java, Python, Ruby or JavaScript
• Other tech skills that we’d like you to have knowledge about: Relation DB’s, Git, Using an IDE, writing unit test cases
• Bachelors or Master Degree - Computer Science is a plus, but not required
• Willing to work and keep up in a fast-paced startup

The candidate will work in a team to build Ongil's contextual insights generation platfor. The responsibilities will also include in enabling the integration of the database to enterprise's data pipelines and databases. The work would involve close collaboration with data scientists and developing an understanding of underlying algorithms that we deploy.

MUST HAVE

 

• Design and implementation of the overall web architecture using React.js, Node.js, Mongo DB and AWS Lambda and Python
• Must have good knowledge of API
• Deployment and maintenance of AWS infrastructure -- Kubernetes, EC2, S3, Lambda
• Ensuring the entire stack is designed and built for speed and scalability
• Integrating our front-end UI with the constructed API
• Design and implementation of continuous integration
• Working knowledge of web-based application architectures and frameworks (including React) and the way it integrates with services.

Ensuring all user behaviour metrics are tracked and data is available to create segmentations and curation. Must Have: 1. 5 Years of actual work experience working as a Full Stack developer with emphasis on backend and database. 2. Strong Experience in Technologies: HTML5, CSS, Javascript, Jquerry, React JS, Bootstrap, Node JS 3. Experienced in Rest API, JSON. 4. Strong fundamentals in both SQL and NO-SQL Databases, Database design, Schema and Data Modeling. 5. Experience in building tracking for behaviour data for user segmentation and personalisation is highly desirable. 6. AWS, GITHUB, Nginx, Cache, Redis is required. Soft skills : - Problem solving mindset, able to breakdown problems and come up with solutions. - Diligence/Hardworking, Delivery Oriented. - Organised and detailed oriented in their work. Keen eye for catching issues and must be able to anticipate hurdles and find ways around them in planning. - Putting exceptional user experience at the heart of all tech solutions - Learning attitude towards gaining new tech and business skills. Good to have: Experience as Tech lead or CTO at a B2C startup that has reached a scale of 500K+ users or download Implementing personalization algos through tech Strong education backend from Tier 1 Engineering college. Compensation: Market rate (depending on experience and qualification) Location: South Delhi Office: 6 days a week with Second and Fourth Saturday off. Timeline : Looking to hire immediately.
