Fullstack Developer

This requirement is for FENFEO Automation Private Limited which is into futuristic automobile technology. The incumbent supports the IT division in developing/maintaining  software tool that integrates the power source, mobile app and web application. He will be part of a team of 4 to 5 software developers to start with.

Basic Requirements:

* Bachelors/Masters in an accredited Engineering/Technology curriculum. BCA/MCA candidate are also considered.

* Must be Self-initiating, Good communication, Interpersonal and Organizational skills.

* Technical Skill Set:       Java, Angular, MySQL, RESTful API development.

* Total Experience:          2 to 3 years of Relevant experience.

* Job Location:                 Post Pandemic, the work location will be Chennai.

* CTC:                                 Rs. 5,00,000/- to Rs. 6,00,000/- per year.

• As a lead engineer, you will be expected to execute and deliver large and complex projects end-to-end, with or without the involvement of other team members.
• Participate in code reviews, app architecture, and design discussions.
• Ensuring timely delivery of all product deliverables.
• Be the go-to person for the team for guidance and troubleshooting. 
• Mentoring junior developers and set best practices for coding, reviews, etc.
• Ensuring performance and scalability in all new product features being developed. 

• Overall of 5+ years of expertise in at least one dynamic programming language like Python and one MVC web framework, preferably Django.
• Experience in at least one frontend framework, preferably React.js
• Expertise in database modeling, preferably relational DB, spotting DB bottlenecks, and writing optimized DB queries.
• Expertise in all common AWS cloud technologies, knowledge of CI/CD tools, and workflows.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Understand requirements, functional and non-functional requirements, and devise end to end approach and strategy to modernizeapplications
2. Plan, Design, and develop architectures for highly available, scalable, and secure enterprise systems
3. Ideate and drive automation, lead PoVs point of view / PoCs Proof of concept/lead in the development of minimal viable product
4. Identify risks, and issues, and work on a mitigation plan
5. Able to review enterpriseapplicationportfolios and be able to provide application rationalization and modernization strategies
6. Provide functional and/or technical expertise to plan, analyze, define, and support the delivery of future functional and technical capabilities for anapplicationor group of applications.
7. Assist in facilitating impact assessment efforts and in producing and reviewing estimates for work requests.

Technical Experience:

1. Highly experienced withapplicationarchitecture capabilities with cloud-native architectures, microservices, and serverless architectures
2. Understanding of Domain-driven design, Event-drivearchitecture
3. Equipped with in-depth experience in developingapplicationswith either PHP/Python or databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.

• Knowledge of Core Java
• Spring Boot - atleast 1 year experience (mandatory)

• Microservices - atleast 1 year experience (mandatory)
• 3 Years in Database – Oracle/SQL – Required
• 2 Years Web API / Restful Services - Required
• 3 Years in using any of IDE (Visual Studio Code, Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA) and debugging skills - Required
• Knowledge in using Git, SVN, Maven, Unit testing and deployment tools - Required
• Should have some experience in multithreaded/asynchronous programming – Good to have
• Knowledge on ELK Stack is good to have
