The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring the security and efficiency of our systems, and maintaining compliance with relevant industry standards. The role requires an

in-depth understanding of cloud technologies , server management, network security, managed IT services, and strong problem-solving capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:-

The Information Technology Manager is a proactive and hands-on IT Manager to oversee and evolve our technology infrastructure

· In this role, the Manager will manage all aspects of our IT operations, from maintaining our current tech stack to strategizing and implementing future developments

· This position will ensure that our technology systems are modern, secure, and efficient, aligning IT initiatives with our business goals

· IT Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute an IT strategy that supports the company's objectives, ensuring scalability and security

· Infrastructure Management: Oversee the maintenance and optimization of our Azure Cloud infrastructure, AWS Cloud, and Cisco Meraki networking systems

· Software & Systems Administration: Manage Microsoft 365 administration.

· Cybersecurity: Enhance our cybersecurity posture using tools like Sentinel One, Sophos Firewall and other tools

· Project Management: Lead IT projects, including system upgrades and optimizations, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets

· Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a small IT team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development

· Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure optimal performance and cost-effectiveness

· Technical Support: Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues across the organization and client in USA Other duties as needed

· IT Audit & Compliance: Conduct regular audits to ensure IT processes are compliant with security regulations and best practices (GDPR, SOC2, ISO 27001), ensuring readiness for internal and external audit.

· Documentation: Maintain thorough and accurate documentation for all systems, processes, and procedures to ensure clarity and consistency in IT operations.

Preferred Skills:-

. Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar security frameworks.

Job Description:

CareStack is seeking experienced Virtual Assistants with a minimum of 3 years of Customer Support expertise to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering unparalleled customer service to our international clientele.

Technical Lead - .NET

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver technical systems
• Maintain adherence to architectural standards/principles, global product-specific guidelines, usability design standards, etc.
• Participate in the development and review of documents to comply with SDLC methodologies [e.g., Engineering Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), estimation, Solution Design Document (SDD) and Software Architecture Documents (SAD)]

Requirements:

Must Have:

• Bachelor’s OR master’s degree in a technical field and/or equivalent work experience
• At least 3 years acting a senior architecture / technical lead role in a comparable organization
• Significant experience of deploying large, enterprise-wide implementations to significant user volumes
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience leading a team of developers - defining work breakdown structures/tasks, assigning the teamwork items, monitoring, and ensuring quality and adherence to standards etc.
• At least 8 years of relevant hands-on work experience building, integrating, and delivering enterprise-wide web and windows applications using Microsoft and other technologies for large organizations on complex projects
• 8+ years of ASP.Net MVC, ASP.Net experience
• 8+ years of experience of working with applications that have a SQL Server backend
• 5+ years of experience with Object-Relational Mappers such as Entity Framework, ADO.NET, Dapper
• Expert level knowledge of .NET Web API is required. .NET Core knowledge is preferred, but Web API experience with legacy .NET is ok
• 5+ years of experience with GIT
• 3+ years of experience of Azure Devops
• In-depth knowledge of object-oriented analysis and design (OOAD) principles, and familiarity with many design patterns for Software applications.

QA Engineer - Automation:

We are looking for a candidate who will be an agent of change and who will drive and execute based on our Quality and Reliability Transformation Roadmap. He/She will be responsible for testing Education Service domains across platforms, automation of functional/regression and RFB (sanity) service test suites, Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipeline and Shift Left methodologies. We will also expect the candidate to take ownership of a functional domain and play a hands-on role in the execution of testing for projects in this area.

The candidate should have extensive experience in testing, testing automation, testing leadership and software development. The candidate should be proficient in-service automation testing tools like Eclipse, IDNE, Jenkins, GIT hub. The candidate should have at least 4-8 years of service testing or software development experience.

The candidate should be flexible, highly adaptable and an excellent team player. The candidate is expected to work with Agile teams that consist of test analysts, developers, automation engineers and other stake holders. The candidate should expect to work in a global virtual team, sometimes across multiple time zones. The candidate may be assigned to more than one role or project at a time.  

QA Engineer - Automation Responsibilities:

• Create automation plan and delivery roadmaps
• Develop test automation solutions for applications across different platforms
• Adhere to existing standards; provide suggestion to improve and set new standards
• Participate in technical discussions with engineering teams to understand application architecture and API model
• Collaborate with QA Engineers and Software Developers to identify test automation scope and priorities
• Configure, maintain, and operate service test automation tools and frameworks
• Capture requirements and test cases, understand application features, analyse requirements and develop test automation solution with a view of the end to end application flow
• Design and create robust automated test scripts to address business and technical use cases

QA Engineer - Automation Requirements: 

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 4-8 years’ experience working as a Service Test Automation Engineer
• Experience in collaborating effectively across a variety of IT and business groups, across regions, roles, and able to interact effectively with all levels
• Proven record of execution of QA strategy and unification of QA processes across organization
• Must have hands-on experience with Selenium automation using Java
• Working knowledge of any Relational Database and DB Queries.
• Working knowledge of tool and technologies like Jenkins, GIT, JIRA and ALM
• Well versed with approaches like BDD, Keyword Driven, Data Driven and hybrid Driven test automation.
• Good to have understanding of model-based testing.
• Understanding of Agile/Waterfall development process and is comfortable diving into the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable solutions
• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Experience in presenting to diverse audiences and conducting education and training.
• Have deep experience in defining and developing the service test automation framework.
• Development background is a major plus.
