• Proven working experience in Android Native development 

• Excellent coding skills in Java or Kotlin or both. 

• Should have knowledge in SQL and SQLite Database.

Responsibilities:

• Writing clean and efficient codes for Android applications
• Monitoring the performance of live apps and work on optimizing them at the code level
• Identifying and resolving bottlenecks, rectifying bugs and enhancing application performance
• Performing unit and instrumentation tests on code
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and design new features
• Staying up to date with new mobile technology trends, applications, and protocols

Key Requirements:

• You have experience in publishing an application on the Google Play store
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to effectively integrate Android applications
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
• Familiarity with various testing tools
• You are a problem solver with good analytical skills

4. Must be comfortable in writing multi-threaded and thread safe applications.
5. Must be familiar with design patterns (MVP, MVVM).
6. Should be comfortable using Android Profiler for tracking memory, network and cpu usage.
7. Should be familiar with writing applications for portrait and landscape orientations.
8. Added advantage if the candidate can code in kotlin.
9. Added advantage if the candidate has knowledge on XMPP, Socket, Webrtc, VOIP, BLE, Bluetooth Classic.
