We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data & Import Operations Associate to support key processes across presale management, product imports, allocations, and system data integrity. This role will serve as a critical link between multiple teams, ensuring accurate and timely data flow while improving efficiency in high-volume, repetitive tasks.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with data imports, Excel, and system workflows. While many of the tasks have a clear start and finish, this position will also evolve as we identify new opportunities to streamline operations and support the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Presale & Allocation Importing

• Manage the process of removing presales from SX.e and importing updated retailer order quantities.
• Execute imports during low-activity periods to minimize business disruption.
• Troubleshoot errors and partner with the support team to reset processes when necessary.

Product Imports

• Perform timely imports for new products as they arrive.
• Manage overnight or batch imports for categories such as supplies, toys, or delayed arrivals.
• Ensure accuracy in repetitive copy/paste data entry tasks.

Catalogue & Website Clean-Up

• Standardize product naming conventions.
• Ensure all items have proper images.
• Review and align product pricing.

Allocations

• Execute allocation processes using predefined formulas and Excel tools.
• Apply judgment to nuanced allocation decisions while maintaining consistency.

Creatio Data Imports & Maintenance

• Upload and manipulate data within Creatio.
• Support data clean-up and accuracy initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data entry.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to troubleshoot workflow issues and escalate when necessary.
• Comfortable with repetitive, process-driven tasks.
• Previous experience with ERP, CRM, or data import systems (e.g., SX.e, Creatio) is a plus.

Strong Graphic Designer Profile, with a focus on Marketing / branding works

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 3+ years of experience in graphic design with B2C brands across Digital Marketing, Social media, & branding teams

Mandatory (Experience 2): Proven experience designing marketing collaterals and digital creatives for social media and campaigns

Mandatory (Skill 1): Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma for design execution and collaboration.

Mandatory (Skill 2): Strong understanding of brand identity, visual hierarchy, and lead-generation design principles — ability to convert marketing objectives into impactful visuals.

Developing SDKs on IOS with support for cross-platform technologies like ReactNative, Flutter along with hybrid development over platforms like Cordova.

Apply data structures and algorithms to optimize the code for a lower memory, battery, and processing footprint - all with the goal to build plug-and-play SDKs that don’t expect the app developers to write any supporting code in the app.

Candidate shall be responsible for:

• Managing day-to-day operational activities like preparing & executing transactions, updating portfolio sheets, etc

• Month-end reports reconciliation as per SEBI format
