Sales Manager

Looking for a seasoned technology leader to head the tech division of our software services company. This is the senior-most technology role, responsible for delivery excellence, architecture, and team leadership across multiple client projects.

Job Summary:

Job Description Combine your passion for technology, healthcare, and communications as an HCS Web/React UI Software Engineer. You will develop and improve our software workflow control systems through the full software development cycle from design to maintenance, while improving hospital communication and performance. This role will work on re-engineering existing applications into the SAAS model using state of the art technologies.

Primarily responsible for technical leadership, support, and guidance to local engineering teams, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget as well as overseeing the planned maintenance programs of facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all facilities management and project activities, including maintenance, renovation, and remodeling projects.

• Lead and manage facility-related projects, such as renovations, expansions, or relocations. Develop project plans, allocate resources, set timelines, and monitor progress to ensure successful completion within budget and schedule.

• Oversee relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers. Negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms and service level agreements.

• Identify and implement best practices in facilities management. Ensure facilities comply with all relevant codes, regulations, and health and safety standards. Stay updated on changes in regulations and implement necessary changes to maintain compliance.

• Oversee facilities planned maintenance programs.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Lead and oversee engineering projects within the Dubai & Northern Emirates region.

• Prepare financial reports and forecasts for management review.

• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

• Generate progress reports, status updates, and other project-related documentation as required.

• Ensure that all project deliverables are of the highest quality, and that they meet the requirements of the project scope.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related fields.

• Engineering qualifications in Electrical or HVAC disciplines will be an advantage.

• 5 - 10 years of experience in Engineering in Healthcare setup or a similar field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Must have hands-on experience in hospital systems.

• Ability to think critically and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

• Must be willing to participate in crisis management at facility level.

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Familiarity with project management software.

Role : Senior Engineer Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities:

● Infrastructure Development and Management: Design, implement, and manage robust and scalable infrastructure solutions, ensuring optimal performance,security, and availability. Lead transition and migration projects, moving legacy systemsto cloud-based solutions.

● Develop and maintain applications and services using Golang.

● Automation and Optimization: Implement automation tools and frameworksto optimize operational processes. Monitorsystem performance, optimizing and modifying systems as necessary.

● Security and Compliance: Ensure infrastructure security by implementing industry best practices and compliance requirements. Respond to and mitigate security incidents and vulnerabilities.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

● Good understanding of prominent backend languageslike Golang, Python, Node.js, or others.

● In-depth knowledge of network architecture,system security, infrastructure scalability.

● Proficiency with development tools,server management, and database systems.

● Strong experience with cloud services(AWS.), deployment,scaling, and management.

● Knowledge of Azure is a plus

● Familiarity with containers and orchestration services,such as Docker, Kubernetes, etc.

● Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Genuine passion for backend development and keen interest in scalable systems. 

• Design, develop and maintain automation framework, system, and functional test suites and contribute to Database platform development
• Test the product for performance, resiliency, security, scalability, and reliability.
• Fix defects identified via testing in the Database platform
• Understand the end-to-end configuration, technical dependencies, code paths, and overall behavioral characteristics of the products you test.
• Analyze and understand existing test coverage and test cases, identifying opportunities for redesign, replacement, reusability, and improvement in efficiency and performance.
• Define and inspire changes to our product with our development engineering team based on feedback from tests and customer issues.
• Develop and contribute to internal and external knowledge bases. Be a champion for our customers.
• Go above and beyond to ensure customers are getting the most out of their investment in the company platform.

You’ll Need

• Sound knowledge of C/C++ and Java programming languages.
• Sound knowledge of JDBC APIs.
• Sound knowledge of Data Structures and concurrent programming.
• Strong troubleshooting and testing skills.
• Sound knowledge of Distributed System Architecture and distributed processing.
• Good in Shell / Python scripting.
• A minimum of five years in SDET or development profile with BS or MS in CS or equivalent technical degree.
• Highly desirable skills
• Knowledge of database internals (concurrent B-tree access, transactions, recovery, query processing).

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Big Data Ecosystem landscape. Like Kafka, Spark, Presto.
• Familiarity with ORM technologies like Hibernate, Django, etc.

A Zone Manager ensures the Sales Strategy for the company is communicated and implemented within a specific Zone for which this role is responsible.  Drive achievement of sales and revenue targets and develop a business implementation plan for the zone to ensure that it delivers against its targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Appoint, train and develop new Representatives and Leaders in the zone.
• Achieve Agreed revenue and Active staff count targets and   KPI s of the zone.
• Work with Leaders in the zone to develop their business. Observe and Coach Leaders in the PATD process and create a PATD environment in the zone.
• Conduct Communication meetings with Leaders and Representatives in the zone.
• Identify opportunities to grow coverage in the zone as well as drive company initiatives to increase sales in the zone.

Education Criteria:

Diploma/Graduation/Post Graduation in any stream with experience in a frontline sales, field sale in Direct Selling, FMCG.
