We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from inception to successful completion. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
• Utilize your expertise in React, Node, and AWS to provide technical guidance and ensure the successful implementation of projects.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, task assignments, and milestones.
• Identify and mitigate project risks by implementing effective risk management strategies and contingency plans.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Monitor and control project budgets, track expenses, and provide accurate financial reports to stakeholders.
• Make informed decisions under pressure, considering project constraints, business objectives, and stakeholder expectations.
• Effectively communicate project progress, status updates, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, business management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 to 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT industry.
• Strong proficiency in React, Node, and AWS, with a solid understanding of their integration and deployment in project environments.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects, including successful delivery within defined timelines and budgets.
• Excellent business acumen, with the ability to understand and align project objectives with organizational goals.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide project teams to achieve desired outcomes.
• Exceptional self-management and team-management skills, ensuring effective collaboration and accountability.
• Ability to effectively monitor and control project budgets, tracking expenses and making data-driven decisions to optimize resource allocation.
• Excellent decision-making skills, even under pressure, considering project constraints, risks, and business priorities.

We offer a competitive salary range of 6-8LPA (lakhs per annum), commensurate with experience and qualifications.
