Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities -

● Identifying and onboarding the potential DSAs and Channel partners from open market

● Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing partners to drive business targets

● Provide day to day operational support to your channel partners

● Responsible for driving monthly sales targets and respective business metrics

Job Requirements -

● Excellent sales skills, e.g. rapport building and negotiation skills

● Good written and verbal communication skills

● Should have prior experience in NBFC and DSA preferably in mortgages (Home loan and

LAP)

● Own Conveyance and strong local industry network are preferred for this role

● Fluency in the regional language will be an additional benefit

Qualification: PUC / Graduation

Experience: 0 – 3 Years

Shift: Day Shift ( 6 days Working ) 

Shift Timings: (10.00am to 6.30pm) 

Languages: English and Hindi + Any regional Language (Must)

• Actively work on server-side development on the .NET framework
• Browser / client-side development on JavaScript (or its libraries such as JQuery). Work with data structures such as XML and JSON
• Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
• Integrate data storage solutions like Postgres SQL and Redis
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality and responsiveness of applications
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization

Our launch services consist of technology-enabled dance classes in our proprietary studios, production facilities, and social media broadcasting & competitions.

Founder & Team

The founder is Shariq Plasticwala. He is a graduate of IIT Bombay & Stanford GSB. He was part of the founding team of Amazon India where he played a key role for over 8 years. Among his roles at Amazon, he was the CEO of Amazon’s first joint venture in India and a Board Member of Amazon’s payments business. The other members of the founding team consisted of senior executives from Shiamak Davar & Byju’s.

Background

•   At least 6+ years experience in back-end development in a fast-paced environment, working in Python & Django Framework
• Should Have experience leading a team.
•   Deep understanding of technologies used in web products, including Rest APIs
•   Sound understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
•   Deep familiarity with UNIX, major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), DevOps.
•   Understanding of databases, and related tools, paradigms.

Opportunity

• Conduct online demos over Zoom
• Conduct periodic webinars 
• Generate new international leads on Linkedin
• Generate leads using social networks like Quora
