Sales Executive

Position: Marketing & Operations Manager Basic Qualification Needed : • Any Under-Graduation Degree. • MS Office - Word & Excel • Exposure to facebook, whatsapp etc. Experience working with a smartphone • Exposure to ecommerce - Basic Understanding of Amazon, Flipkart etc Bonus Qualifications: (Higher chances of hiring if you have any of the below skills) • Call Center Experience, with spoken English and Hindi. • Graphic Design Knowledge (Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere etc) • Basic HTML & Web Design Purpose of the Role: • Point-of-Contact for all customer-related issues like Product Delivery, Spares dispatch, Warranty call, and other Value-Added-Services provided to the customer. • Co-ordination with Couriers, Service technicians, Online portals (Flipkart, Amazon etc) for the proper completion of issues mentioned in point 1. • Maintenance of the brand Web-page, Social Media profiles and Digital Marketing. Work Involved: • Handling Amazon & Flipkart seller accounts - Basic management of customer orders. • Co-ordination with Customers and Courier Partner (Blue Dart) for proper & on-time delivery of the products. • Handling Customer Queries & Service calls – Arranging and Following up on service calls with Technicians across India. • Sales Tracking - Work with Excel and Word to make entries on Sales, Customer Data, stock etc. • Creation of Banners, Posters, Videos etc for the brand – Durafit for Marketing. • Handling Facebook, Twitter & Instagram Accounts of the brand - posting banners, videos etc. Opportuities for Growth: • Fast-Growing Start-Up by IIM-Ahmedabad alumnus growing at 100% every quarter. • Exposure to fast-growing Ecommerce sector. • Personal Mentoring & Growth by IIM-A graduate. • New & Fast growing company - Opportunity to grow very fast with the company.
