- Deliver compelling demos and POCs tailored to customer environments.
- Translate customer pain points into product solutions and value articulation.
- Create high-quality customer value proposition documentation to create a business case for our solution
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve technical collateral and feedback loops.
- Support and onboarding of key customers.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in pre-sales, solution engineering, or technical consulting for DevTools, or Cloud products.
- Strong understanding of AWS / Azure / GCP fundamentals and cloud cost concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Must be able to do repeatable, high-energy, engaging product demos.
- Ability to simplify complex technology into clear business value.
