• Career Consultation: Conduct discovery calls to identify skill gaps in working professionals and recommend programs such as PMP, CHRP, or AI/ML certifications.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry (digital marketing leads) to enrollment using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot).
• Consultative Closing: Move beyond "selling" to "coaching," explaining the ROI of global accreditations (like CIPS, ACCA, or CPD UK) for their specific career path in the UAE.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly enrollment and revenue KPIs.
• Multicultural Communication: Deliver high-quality sales pitches to a diverse expat demographic in the UAE, ensuring professional etiquette at all levels.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 1–5 years in EdTech, high-value insurance, or recruitment sales specifically for the UAE/Middle East market.

Role Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to architect, develop, and maintain scalable web applications.
