Job Role:

Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to customers. Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services. Utilize engineering knowledge to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.Prepare and deliver accurate and competitive sales quotations, proposals, andcontracts. Ensure all customer communications are clear, professional, and effective. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and follow up on leads. Work closely with the engineering, marketing, and manufacturing, accounts and logistics teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and product offerings. Track and report on sales activities, including lead generation, customer interactions, and sales performance. Provide regular updates to senior management.

Position: Junior Façade Designer

Role Objective:

Support the Façade Design team by assisting in the preparation of technical drawings and documentation while developing foundational façade design skills under supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in drafting and revising façade drawings and technical documents as per team guidance.

About the Role

As a Principal Engineer at EquityList, you’ll own and drive the engineering direction of the company. You’ll work with an existing team of 4 strong full-stack engineers, writing production code while setting the technical bar across architecture, scalability, and reliability.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You’ll partner closely with the CEO and product leadership to turn business priorities into well-designed systems, guide major technical decisions, and ensure we move fast without breaking fundamentals.

What You’ll Do

1. Hands-On Coding (50%): Own full-stack epics/features end-to-end (React/Node/Postgres stack) from ideation to production.
2. Technical Leadership (20%): Guide architecture decisions, system design, DevOps (CI/CD, GCP, Kubernetes), and infosec (auth, encryption, SOC2 basics).
3. Mentoring & Code Quality (15%): Conduct code reviews for 80%+ of PRs, pair-program with juniors/mids, run tech syncs to the upskill team.
4. Hiring & Team Building (5%): Screen candidates, lead technical interviews, contribute to scaling the team.
5. Product Strategy (10%): Collaborate with CEO/Product Manager on roadmap prioritization, effort estimation, and refinement.
