Job Description: Python Backend Developer

Wissen Technology is looking for a highly experienced Python Backend Developer with 7-12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in backend development using Python, with a strong focus on Django and Flask frameworks. 

Key Responsibilities: 

- Develop and maintain robust backend services and APIs using Python, Django, and Flask. 

- Design scalable and efficient database schemas, integrating with both relational and NoSQL databases. 

- Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design functional, cohesive code. 

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. 

- Ensure security and data protection protocols are implemented effectively. 

- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure a seamless user experience. 

- Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance processes. 

Required Skills: 

Python: Extensive experience in backend development using Python. 

Django & Flask:  Proficiency in Django and Flask frameworks. 

Database Management: Strong knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB. 

API Development: Expertise in building and maintaining RESTful APIs. 

Security: Understanding of security best practices and data protection measures. 

Version Control: Experience with Git for collaboration and version control. 

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on writing clean, efficient code. 

Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

- Experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or GCP. 

- Familiarity with Docker and containerization.

• Develop new user-facing features, optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs,
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-10 years experience on UI design, creative flair
• Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, such as AngularJS, ReactJS , KnockoutJS, BackboneJS etc.,
• Proficient understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, AJAX and Restful API calls
• Proficient understanding of Bootstrap and web markup, including HTML5, CSS3. Server-side CSS pre-processing platforms such as LESS and SASS
• Proficient understanding of responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
• Basic understanding of image authoring tools such as Gimp, PhotoShop etc
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git / Mercurial / SVN

As the Java Developer, you will be responsible for developing cutting edge health-tech applications that include high scale transaction processing, intelligent bot based programs and data analytics.

What you will do:

• Building components for the company's advanced health tech platform using Java, Solr, SpringBoot, DialogFlow
• Communicating effectively in a cross-functional product development team and present ideas and solutions effectively
• Participating in technical planning and requirements gathering phases including design, code, test, troubleshoot, and document engineering software applications
• Developing the Code as per the requirements
• Working with product team and constructing the tech roadmap
• Designing, building and scaling the company's backend microservices
• Maintaining code integrity and organization
• Applying all quality requirements to make the code production ready
• Developing and deploying new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary

3. Hands-on knowledge of front-end technologies: Html 5, CSS, JavaScript.

5. A design portfolio demonstrating the breadth and proven experience in product and services marketing communication, workflow and interaction design, visual design work, and a thorough understanding of a good design process is required.
