Job Description: As a Senior Mobile Engineer specialising in React Native, you will play a vital role in developing cross-platform mobile applications. Working within a pod structure alongside 2-3 engineers, you will provide technical leadership, overseeing code reviews for your pod as well as those of other pod-leads. Emphasising a culture of daily pull requests, you will advocate for small and specific code submissions to ensure a streamlined code review process. Your dedication to clean and efficient code, coupled with your drive to foster a strong tech culture, will be essential to your success. We are seeking a talented and experienced Engineering Lead to join our Team. As the Engineering Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving the technical direction of our mobile app development, focusing on iOS and ReactJS technologies. You will lead a small team of software engineers and work closely with the product and design teams to deliver innovative and high-quality mobile applications. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technologist with a passion for startups, possesses strong leadership skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support throughout the software development lifecycle
• Set clear objectives and performance expectations for the team members, and regularly assess and review their performance
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and define the technical roadmap for mobile app development projects.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team, assisting with architectural decisions, code reviews, and problem-solving.

Job Description:

• Strong proficiency with JavaScript / Core Java and other related technologies.
• Expertise in developing models and scalable Microservices components.

Good to have:

• Knowledge of Databases such as MySQL, DB2, Oracle and etc. (at least one)
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining scalable APIs using Node.js
• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
• Integrating user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic
• Designing and implementing low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications

2.Heavy data storage in Preferences, SQLite database, and Realm and Any storage. 

3. Understanding of React app architecture (Android & IOS). 

4.Strong knowledge of OOPS concepts and Basic & Strong knowledge ofReact Native.

Job Description

- With 2+ years of experience of React Native experience on iOS/Android. Platforms

- Must have experience on RESTful Web-Services

- Deep familiarity with Redux and common popular React Native patterns, libraries, components, and frameworks.

- Well verse in Android and Ios framework and have atleast 2 app on playstore/Appstore.

- Mobile-first design and responsive code deeply ingrained in your thought process.

- Familiarity working with REST APIs for deep integrations with both platforms i.e. general best practices, shortcomings, trade-offs, etc.

- Have a solid understanding of CSS,Javascript and react.js.

- Must be good in problem solving, Data structures andAlgorithms.
