• Provide administrative and operational support to the Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO).
• Assist with HR documentation, data entry, and compliance tracking.
• Support recruitment activities including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and tracking candidates.
• Maintain employee databases and ensure accuracy of personnel records.
• Coordinate internal communications between HR, leadership, and other departments.
• Contribute to the development of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Help troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day HR issues.
