We are looking for motivated Power Platform Interns with an interest in Power Apps and Power Automate to join our team remotely for a 3-month internship. This role is ideal for students or graduates who want hands-on experience in building low-code applications, workflow automation, and process optimization. While this is an unpaid internship, interns who successfully complete the program will receive a Completion Certificate and a Letter of Recommendation. 

Key Responsibilities: • Develop, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for various marketing campaigns. • Design and create visually compelling motion graphics and animations. • Leverage AI tools to enhance video editing, design workflows, and animation processes. • Work closely with the creative team to conceptualize and execute design ideas from start to finish. • Produce graphics and videos for online platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations. • Create and deliver animations for various projects, including explainer videos, promotional content, and digital ads • Collaborate with content creators, marketing, and production teams to ensure design consistency and quality. • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, AI software, and techniques in videography, motion graphics, and design.

What You Will Be Doing

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their unique needs, goals, and challenges.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of sales processes and contribute insights to improve customer journey alignment.
• Develop and execute tailored customer success plans to ensure the successful adoption and utilization of our products/services.
• Proactively engage with clients to understand their business objectives and align our solutions to help them achieve those objectives.
• Utilize CRMs, email marketing tools, and ChatGPT to enhance customer engagement, communication, and retention efforts.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to track progress, address concerns, and identify opportunities for growth.

Job description for Backend Developer:

Responsibilities
• Hands-on experience in Springboot and good knowledge of MySQL, MongoDB
• Hands-on experience in building RESTful based APIs
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
• Write effective APIs
• Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic

Skills And Qualifications
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies and platforms, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Understanding accessibility and security compliance (Depending on a specific project)
• User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
• Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
• Management of hosting environment, including database administration and scaling an application to support load changes
• Data migration, transformation, and scripting
• Outputting data in different formats
• Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms such as mobile vs desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform

Required qualification:

• Min. of 10+ years of overall exp., with min. 4-5years as a Scrum Master
• Technical background. Should have worked in Development background and not Testing background.
• B.Tech / B.E / Engineering discipline
• CSM (Certified Scrum Master), PSM (Professional Scrum Master) I/II certifications or any other Scrum related certification
• SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) experience
• Excellent in stakeholder communication

Position: Java developer

Experience: 4-5 years

Notice period- immediate to 7 days
