Summary:

The Finance Controller is a

crucial role within the finance department, responsible for overseeing and

managing all aspects of financial operations and reporting for the

organization. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in

financial activities while providing strategic guidance to senior management

for making informed business decisions.

Key

Responsibilities include:

Financial

Reporting:

o

Prepareandreviewmonthly,quarterly,andannualfinancialstatements,ensuring

accuracy and compliance

with accounting standards (e.g., GAAP/IFRS).

o

Consolidatefinancialdatafromvariousdepartmentsorsubsidiaries,ensuringtimely

and accurate reporting to

management and external stakeholders. § Internal Controls and Compliance:

o

Establishandmaintaininternalcontrolprocedurestosafeguardtheorganization's

assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

o

Monitorfinancialtransactionsandprocessestoidentifyandmitigateanypotential risks

or discrepancies.

Coordinatewithexternalauditorsforannualauditsandreviews. § Cash Flow

Management:

Managecashflowandliquiditytoensuresufficientfundsareavailableforoperational

Candidate

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in

Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. MBA or CPA/CMA/CFA

certification is a plus.

• Proven experience

(typically 8+ years) in finance or accounting roles, with at least 3-5 years in

a managerial or supervisory capacity.

• Strong understanding of

financial principles, regulations, and reporting standards.

• Proficiency in financial

software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills.

• Excellent analytical,

problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

About the Role:

As a part of the Tech team, you will be involved in solving technical challenges, working with modern databases and systems, design and architecture of components/services, and handling highly critical secure data.

Responsibilities:

• You’ll be working on our P2P and cryptocurrency exchange platforms to build more features around it.
• Understand the way current users interact with the chatbot and how to optimize the existing content.
• WazirX being a financial product, you’ll be involved in building tools to make our user’s data more secure.
• You will be working on blockchain technologies

• Setting up Advertising Campaigns across different platforms such as social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), Google Marketing Stack, DCM, Programmatic platforms like Xandr. 
• Troubleshooting campaigns setup on platform 
• Talk to partners to setup programmatic deals 
• Clearly and regularly communicate progress to the Account Management
• Work with both Advertiser teams to ensure campaign setup is done within deadline
• Work with Creative Tags (esp. DCM and other ad server tags), troubleshooting the creative tags, 
• Ability to implement and troubleshoot website pixels.

• 2-3 years of experience in Demand Side Ad Operations
• Strong understanding online advertising and its operational flow
• Strong understanding of basic ad-servicing and its mechanism
