Experience & Relevance

Engineering Depth: 7-10 years of professional experience in end-to-end data product development. You have a portfolio that proves your ability to build complex, high-velocity pipelines for both Batch and Streaming workloads

Cloud-Native Fluency: Deep, hands-on experience designing and deploying scalable data solutions on at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure). You are comfortable navigating the nuances of EMR, BigQuery, or Synapse at scale.

Al-Native Workflow: You don't just build for Al you build with Al. You must be proficient in using Al coding assistants (e.g.. GitHub Copilot) to accelerate your delivery and have a track record of building the data foundations required for Generative Al.

Architectural Portfolio: Evidence of leading 2-3 large-scale transformations-including platform migrations, data lakehouse builds, or real-time

analytics architectures.

Client-Facing Acumen: You have direct experience in a consultative, client-facing role. You can confidently translate a CEO's business vision into a Lead Engineer's technical specification without losing anything in translation.

The "Solver" Mindset: A track record of solving 'impossible data problems-whether it's fixing massive data skew, optimizing spiraling cloud costs, or architecting 99.9% available data services.

Strong Lead Product Designer/ Sr product designer/ Product design manager Profile

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have a minimum 6+ years of hands-on Product Design experience with product companies

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have experience leading a team or mentoring junior designers (not a pure people manager)

Mandatory (Design Craft): Strong design craft with deep expertise in UX, interaction design, design systems, prototyping, problem-solving, and user-centered workflows. Should be able to individually assess and elevate design quality.

Mandatory (Collaboration): Proven ability to collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and cross-functional teams. Must have driven design-led projects, influenced product roadmap, and balanced short-term and long-term design priorities.

Mandatory (Portfolio): Portfolio or team-led work showing shipped, real-world product impact, improved user journeys, solved UX breakage, and scaled design quality across multiple products/features.

Roles & Responsibilities

Marketing of Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels & process skids

Co-ordinate for technical and Commercial negotiation with Customer

Preparation of costing for the inquiries

Cultivate business relations with key customers in India and Overseas

Evaluation of Tenders & Bidding documents

Follow-up with customer for order conversion

Interaction with customers to ensure timely payments against milestones

Close interaction with the Proposal team to ensure timely offer submissions

Interaction with internal departments for resolution of queries from customer

Handling customer complaints with RCA, CA & PA

Maintaining ISO documentation & records

MIS Reporting

Handling registration with new customers

Presentation to customers for the products and services provided

Present and participate in seminars, conferences and exhibitions to enhance

Evaluate opportunities, Visits and interactions with target customers for the generation of new inquiries.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and debugging mobile applications for the company. Using Swift / Kotlin this candidate will be able to translate user and business needs into functional frontend design.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in frontend development
• Experience building mobile applications using Kotlin or Swift.

We are looking for a technical lead to join us at Elisar. As tech lead (DevOps), you will be responsible forTechnical leadership of the Elisar software development team.

Interface with product management during product discovery and establish product road maps

Contribute to back end development at Elisar

Communicating and collaborating with others

Develop and manage dev team's work schedules to meet expected delivery commitments

Assess and address software development risk for products being developed a Elisar

Establish a CI/CD pipeline at Elisar

Ensure continued compliance with ISO 62304 requirements for the development of software

Play an integral part of the product risk management team at Elisar

Should have Experience with Angular JS

Responsibilities:

* 3+ years of Data Engineering Experience - Design, develop, deliver and maintain data infrastructures.

* SQL Specialist – Strong knowledge and Seasoned experience with SQL Queries

* Languages: Python

* Good communicator, shows initiative, works well with stakeholders.

* Experience working closely with Data Analysts and provide the data they need and guide them on the issues.

* Solid ETL experience and Hadoop/Hive/Pyspark/Presto/ SparkSQL

* Solid communication and articulation skills

* Able to handle stakeholders independently with less interventions of reporting manager.

* Develop strategies to solve problems in logical yet creative ways.

* Create custom reports and presentations accompanied by strong data visualization and storytelling
