Mission

Own the end-to-end architecture across RAG, Agentic AI, enterprise integrations, model serving, security, evaluation, observability and production deployment.

This should not be a PowerPoint-only architect. We need someone technically deep enough to review code, challenge engineering decisions, troubleshoot RAG/agent behaviour and interact credibly with customer architecture/security/platform teams.

Sales & Financial Counsellor – IVF (Delhi/Gurgaon/Noida/Ghaziabad)

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Counselling:

Provide face-to-face financial counselling to patients, helping them understand the costs involved in IVF treatment and offering customized payment plans.

Conversion: Effectively communicate the benefits of our IVF packages to potential patients, with the goal of converting inquiries into confirmed treatment plans.

Patient Grievance Handling: Address and resolve patient grievances promptly, ensuring patient satisfaction throughout their journey with us.

Patient Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout their treatment process.

Collaboration: Work closely with the medical team to ensure a seamless patient experience and address any financial or administrative concerns.

Key Qualifications:

Experience: 2-5 years of experience in financial counselling, preferably in a healthcare or IVF setting.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a simple and empathetic manner.

Sales Skills: Proven track record in sales or counselling roles, with the ability to convert inquiries into confirmed sales.

Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to handle patient grievances and ensure high levels of patient satisfaction.

Backend Developer- Senior
