Roles & Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, contact, and build relationships with HRs, hiring managers, and recruiters across IT and digital industries.
- Search and monitor job sites, industry platforms, and portals for relevant openings
- Share relevant job openings with eligible candidates and ensure timely application submissions.
- Coordinate and execute successful placement drives to connect students
- Reach out to recruiters and hiring managers to understand their workforce requirements
- Maintain and update placement data for transparency and accountability.
Key Skills Required:
- Must have strong english communication skills

territory.
Identify and prioritize target schools and institutions, generating leads through various
channels such as networking, referrals, and online research.
Conduct thorough research on individual schools, understand their admission processes,
pain points, and requirements, and tailor admission sales pitches and product offerings
accordingly.
Engage with school administrators, principals, admission officers, and other stakeholders
to demonstrate the value and benefits of the admission management solutions.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to highlight key features and
advantages of the solution.
Develop and negotiate pricing proposals, contracts, and agreements in collaboration with
the sales team and the legal department.
B. Relationship Building and Account Management:
● Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
● Act as a trusted advisor to schools, providing expert guidance on streamlining
admission processes, enhancing efficiency, and improving the overall admission
experience.
● Conduct regular check-ins with existing customers, address inquiries, and provide
excellent customer service.
● Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the customer base and
develop strategies to maximize revenue.
C. Area Management:
● Effectively manage and prioritize the assigned area, including travel planning,
scheduling meetings, and optimizing sales routes.
● Attend relevant conferences, trade shows, and educational events to network,
gather market intelligence, and represent the organization.
Requirements:
● Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably within the
education sector, specifically in selling admission management solutions to CBSE,
ICSE, IGCSE, IB, and boarding schools.

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Application Security Engineer to join our dynamic security team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of mobile security for both Android and iOS platforms, with hands-on experience in identifying and mitigating security vulnerabilities. This role involves ensuring the security of mobile applications through rigorous testing, threat modeling, and implementation of security best practices.
What are we looking for
- 2-5 years of experience in mobile application security for Android and iOS platforms.
- Proven expertise in vulnerability assessment, penetration testing (VAPT), and security analysis of mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of Android and iOS security architectures.
- Proficiency in security tools such as Frida, Burp Suite, OWASP Mobile Security Testing Guide (MSTG), etc.
- Experience with common mobile security vulnerabilities (e.g., OWASP Mobile Top 10) and mitigation strategies.
- Knowledge of CVE databases and experience in reporting and managing vulnerabilities.
- Familiarity with secure coding practices and security standards.

Security Assessment and Testing:

Vulnerability Management:

- Develop and maintain a vulnerability management program for mobile applications.
Security Architecture and Design:
- Collaborate with development and product teams to design secure mobile applications.
- Implement security best practices and guidelines for mobile app development.
- Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments to identify potential security threats.
Security Tools and Automation:
- Develop and maintain custom scripts and tools to automate security testing.
- Stay updated with the latest security tools, technologies, and trends in mobile security.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Create detailed security assessment reports and documentation.
- Provide recommendations for security improvements and risk mitigation.
- Document security policies, procedures, and guidelines for mobile application security.

-Experience developing with Dart, whether with Flutter and/or for the web, is required. Additionally, deep experience contributing to and managing high-scale production mobile apps is desired. Expertise in Android development is preferred.
-Minimum of 2-3 years full-time mobile development experience (Android). Strong system design and architecture skills - specifically for android. Curiosity to tinker around, explore new paradigms and strong zest for continuous improvement.
-Optimizing app performance and memory consumption. E2E App development and/or experience of developing SDKs is good to have.
-Bonus Points - Experience with Java.
-Experience launching and managing Production mobile apps on Android.
-Experience authoring, testing, and deploying code mission-critical applications.
-Debugging Android apps using simulators and related tooling. Developing and releasing complex, data-driven map based apps using Native as the primary application framework. Persisting data for offline-first apps using flutter -Developing reusable UI Components or libraries.
