Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to support our design team in creating high-quality visual content. The candidate should have a basic understanding of design principles, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing marketing materials including social media creatives, posters, banners, brochures, and presentations.
• Support senior designers in developing brand-specific graphics and layouts.
• Create simple video edits, reels, or motion graphics (optional, if applicable).
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure visual consistency.
• Edit and retouch images as required.
• Maintain proper file organization and follow brand guidelines.
• Handle multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of Canva or other online design tools is a plus.
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Strong creativity and willingness to learn.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and improve.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro / After Effects).
• Experience with social media content creation.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.

Here’s what you’ll be doing 

In this role, you will have end to end ownership of a business vertical, owning upwards of USD  3-5 million revenue goals in the next 1-2 years. You will directly lead a global sales team, and  cross functionally work with marketing, content, design and other verticals to drive your  business objectives.  

The north star metrics for the role is revenue. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

Designing and implementing the growth strategy to meet business objectives - which includes  sales planning, demand generation, product roadmap & customer experience. Below are some  responsibilities that this will entail: 

• Identifying target geographies and schools that we will focus on 
• Understanding the consumer needs & market landscape to define the product roadmap • Working with the marketing team to identify hot leads and ways to target them • Conceptualising and executing cold email campaigns for schools across the world • Generating relevant content to nurture schools: presentations, case studies, emails, etc. • Conducting demos with schools expressing inbound interest 
• Building relations with schools, nurturing them by identifying their context • Negotiating and finalising deals with schools and school districts 
• Working with the school success team to smoothly handover converted schools • Bringing in operational efficiency across all sales related processes 

Is this someone that looks like you? 

• Experience: 3-6 years experience of - driving sales in the B2B SaaS space, or P&L  responsibility in a technology start-up (B2B SaaS is preferred) 
• Has worked cross-functionally with teams (product, marketing etc) to drive business goals • Has built a business from scratch (not mandatory but preferred) 
• Has excellent analytical and problem solving skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meeting with internal stakeholders and clients to determine their goals and budget
• Advising clients and other stakeholders on costs, expectations, outcomes, and processes
• Brainstorming ideas for marketing campaigns and paid advertising
• Brainstorming with a team of digital marketers, such as SEO specialists, content marketers, designers, sales specialists, and web developers
• Creating and managing paid ads across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google, media partners, programmatic, display, search, networks and more
• Monitoring and analyzing web analytics and campaign performance
• Defining campaign budgets, aligning campaign goals, and ensuring adherence to search optimization principles
• Identifying and presenting new avenues of paid advertising
• Utilizing demand-side RTP platforms to promote adverts and campaigns
• Ensuring a positive ROI on client spending and PPC ad campaigning
• Coordinate with a team of individual contributors to meet deadlines for launch dates

Must-haves:

• Basic familiarity with concepts of campaign management experience across paid, organic, and other marketing efforts across channels
• Analytical mindset with an ability to map data to insights
• Impeccable ability to do customer journey mapping to identify pain points
• Work across multiple time zones (US, US (CST), Canada) as needed
• Ability to learn, scale, and ideate
• Ability to ask the right questions and focus on “what does success look like?”
• Google, Hubspot, and LinkedIn certifications are a huge plus
• Internship in SEO or SEM or Campaign Analytics preferred

Solution Architect
