We are looking for a highly disciplined and execution-focused Operations Manager to lead the India office and oversee the day-to-day functioning of multiple departments.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in operations leadership, cross-functional team management, project execution, process discipline, and global stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments

• Manage department leads across Design, Procurement, Project Management, Finance Coordination, and Admin/Support

• Set priorities, monitor deliverables, and ensure timely execution

• Hold teams accountable for deadlines, quality, productivity, and responsiveness

• Act as the primary escalation point for operational issues

• Resolve cross-functional conflicts and remove execution bottlenecks

• Reallocate resources based on workload and business priorities

• Drive collaboration between Design, Procurement, and Project Management teams

• Ensure smooth alignment between design, costing, and execution

• Enforce SOPs, workflows, documentation, reporting, and process standards

• Coordinate effectively with USA/Canada teams and ensure global directives are executed in India

• Monitor team productivity, identify inefficiencies, and improve operational performance

• Ensure proper usage of ERP, tracking systems, Google Drive, and internal processes

• Provide regular updates to the CEO on progress, risks, delays, and operational issues

• Oversee administrative and support functions

• Validate reported progress against actual execution

• Track dependencies, pending approvals, and inputs required from global teams

• Maintain structured reporting and provide actionable insights to management

Required Experience & Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Operations, Project Management, or leadership roles

• Proven experience managing multi-department teams

As healthcare networks grow, processing hospital claims accurately and coordinating with insurers and TPAs becomes a critical operational function. This role will be responsible for making sure claims move through the process accurately, efficiently and within defined SLAs.

About the Role-

We are looking for a Hospital Claims & TPA Processor to manage and oversee hospital claims and TPA-related operations.

You will work with hospitals, TPAs, insurers and internal operations teams to ensure that claims and related documentation are processed correctly and on time.

This is a detail-oriented role where accuracy, documentation, follow-up and SLA management are critical.

What You Will Do-

• Process and review hospital claims received from healthcare providers.
• Coordinate with hospitals and TPAs for claim-related documentation.
• Verify claim forms, bills, medical documents and supporting records.
• Check claims for completeness and identify missing or inconsistent information.
• Track claims from submission through processing and closure.
• Follow up with hospitals and TPAs on pending claims and documentation.
• Coordinate on claim queries, discrepancies and re-submissions.
• Maintain accurate claim records and status updates.
• Ensure claims are processed within defined SLAs.
• Monitor pending, rejected, queried and approved claims.
• Escalate cases that require additional review or intervention.
• Maintain claim trackers and operational reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve claim-related issues.
• Identify recurring documentation or processing issues and help improve the workflow.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling healthcare and claim-related information.

What We're Looking For-

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Prior experience in hospital claims, TPA operations, insurance claims, healthcare operations or hospital billing is preferred.
• Good understanding of the hospital insurance/TPA claims process.
• Experience working with hospitals, insurers or TPAs is a strong advantage.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good understanding of claim documentation and verification.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and operational trackers.
• Ability to manage multiple claims and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to identify discrepancies and escalate issues appropriately.

Compensation: ₹20,000–₹35,000 per month

What you do

• Run day to day operations across the org, so every team has what it needs to work without friction
• Plan shift rosters, manage leaves and attendance, and arrange backup when someone does not turn up
• Onboard new joinees across teams, get their systems, access, and paperwork ready from day one
• Keep track of how many stories are in progress and how many are done, and flag to the senior editor early if the day is running short
• Check in on the night desk through the night to confirm the shift is staffed and on schedule
• Run the morning handover so the day team knows what got published and what is pending

What you need

• 2 to 4 years in operations, production coordination, or office and admin management
• Has done this at an early stage company or a newsroom, where the job has no fixed boundaries
• Available for night checks, with the bulk of the role in regular hours
• Good with people, able to follow up firmly without being difficult
• Organised, reliable, and calm when things go wrong
