Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of retail and brand campaigns, ensuring timely and cost-effective deployment of POSM (FSUs, TUs, end caps, dump bins, posters, self-talkers, signage, etc.).
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver customized solutions.
- Contribute to strategic decision-making, including product-market alignment, client servicing, and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Review and present creative concepts and project plans internally prior to client presentations.
- Estimate project costs and recommend appropriate materials based on client budgets and brand requirements.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns for product launches and finalize rate contracts to optimize costs.
- Oversee the creation and management of Sales Orders (SO), Purchase Orders (PO), route planning, logistics coordination, and campaign execution.
- Develop and manage vendor relationships, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Coordinate with logistics partners (such as Star, Delivery, Spot-on, Gati, etc.) for efficient and cost-effective distribution across pan-India retail outlets.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of execution documents, including PODs, MIS reports, and tracking data.
- Manage vendor billing processes and ensure timely reconciliation and closure.
