Key Responsibilities

• Data Management & Governance: Maintain, update, and streamline daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. Ensure 100% data accuracy and integrity across all platforms.
• Business Intelligence & Analytics: Analyze historical data, market trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify business bottlenecks, growth opportunities, and operational inefficiencies.
• Dashboard Development: Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and visual reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Advanced Excel.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with department heads (Sales, Finance, Operations, HR) to understand their data requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
• Process Optimization: Evaluate current business processes, gather requirements for system upgrades, and recommend data-driven strategies to improve workflow automation.

Qualification: Diploma/Degree in engineering

Work hours: shift working involved

Nature of Experience: exposure to any of the sections in production i.e. Core Coil Assembly, Separate Phase Assembly, Winding, VPD Ovening, Tanking

Responsibilities:

·        Completion of shop floor loading & monitor closely productivity of workers.

• Ensure completion of daily production targets adhering to defined standards of cost, quality and time
• Attend productivity meetings to discuss the discrepancies in the planned vs actual plan.
• Preparation of productivity reports based on throughput & timeliness for presenting the same in productivity meetings.
• Undertake Production Planning and Control activities ensuring adherence to production targets in terms of cost, quality, throughput & timeliness Coordinate with the technical design (electrical and mechanical) function for a design review before the start of every work order and for clarifications on design parameters during production 
• Ensure material requisitions are raised on time to obtain the material from the stores team
•  Ensure the adherence of the workers to the shift schedule.
• Drive discipline on the shop floor and maintain healthy industrial relations in coordination with the HR function
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement in section of the production process
• Ensure appropriate training is been given to the winding team by conducting various training sessions.
• Ensure all the documentation & statutory compliances are fulfilled in timely manner to facilitate completion of all the audits.
• Identify production bottlenecks and ensure elimination of the same in coordination with the engineering function
• Drive cost savings through cost effective utilization of resources, process improvements and reduction in operational expenses / overheads
• Ensure all production related documentations / records are maintained and updated through SAP
• Ensure compliance to SOP’s ,process flows and production protocol to ensure minimum deviation from specifications

• Write high-quality blog posts, articles, website copy, social media posts, and marketing materials.
• Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to produce accurate and original content.
