Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our backend team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Node.js and TypeScript, with a solid understanding of backend development best practices. Experience with the AWS ecosystem and working knowledge of Elasticsearch or similar caching/search technologies is essential. Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and PostgreSQL is also required. Knowledge of React.js is a plus.

• Required:
• 5+ years of experience in backend software development.
• Strong proficiency with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Demonstrated experience in architecting and implementing microservice architectures.
• Extensive experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.
• Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch or similar caching/search technologies.
• Proficient with Docker and container orchestration concepts.
• Expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

• Preferred:
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, including integration testing frameworks and best practices.

Primary responsibilities:

•Design, develop AWS IoT/Cloud-based applications using Typescript, Node.Js.

•Work closely with onsite, offshore, and cross functional teams, Product Management, frontend developers, SQA teams to effectively use technologies to build and deliver high quality and on-time delivery.

•Proactively Identify risks and failure modes early in the development lifecycle and develop POCs to mitigate the risks early in the program.

•Assertive communication and team skills.

Experience and Skills Required:

•More than 6 years of overall experience in Software domain.

•At least 3 years of experience in Cloud native applications.

•Solid working knowledge of Typescript, NodeJS.

•Thorough working knowledge in AWS, Lambdas, Microservices etc.,

•Experience in executing CI/CD processes

•Experience in Microservices Architecture

•Good Knowledge on Cloud security & security design control implementation.

•Knowledge of (AWS IoT Core) and In-depth knowledge of AWS cloud native services including Kinesis, DynamoDB, Neptune, Lambda, API Gateway, Timestream , IoT Core, GreenGrass, Aurora, Lambda, etc.

•Great knowledge in Agile/Scrum

• At least one year experience with PHP or NodeJS.
• Experience with at least one Relational database like MongoDB, MySQL or NoSQL
• Experience with multiple PHP frameworks will be plus(e.g Wordpress, Laravel, Codeigniter,Symfony, cakePHP)
• Proficiency with multiple PHP Frameworks.
• Proficiency designing and building APIs.
• Comfortable in a work environment that requires strong problem-solving skills and independent self-direction coupled with team collaboration and open communication
• Thorough knowledge of Ajax, Javascript, HTML,CSS and other web technologies XHTML and HTML5 coding is desirable.

Job Description

Requirements

• You will be developing the various Applications for the cloud to process data connecting with the vehicle 

• You shall work with the Lead and product team to define and deliver features.

Here’s what we are looking for: 

• Strong knowledge and Hands on experience with Nodejs, RestAPI, Java Script, Java Development experience in cloud based infrastructure 

• Strong fundamentals in any fullstack of your choice, OOPS concepts, Google Cloud Platform. Knowledge of Java, React, React Native, Android Native , HTML5, Firebase and Go Programming is a plus. 

• Knowledge on CI/CD pipelines, JIRA, UML, Static Code Analysis tools and Unit test framework is required 

• Knowledge on the S/W communication protocols like gRPC, HTTP, MQTT is a plus Cross platform development experience would be needed. 

• Knowledge of Cloud Based solutions would be a plus. 

• App development for a product which is beyond a mobile platform would be a plus. Experience with Telematics/Infotainment projects would be a great advantage. 

• Strong experience with Agile methodology, along with tools such as JIRA, Confluence.
