A skilled Node.js Developer with experience in building scalable applications using event-driven architecture within distributed systems. The ideal candidate should be comfortable in high-performance backend services and have a strong understanding of asynchronous programming patterns.

Experience or exposure to knowledge embedding and vectorization techniques is a strong plus, especially in the context of modern data-driven or AI-powered systems.

Must have skills:

• Hands on expertise in OOJS, node.js, distributed systems.
• Event drive architecture (EDA) microservices project experience MUST.
• Any programming: Typescript or nodeJS or Golang
• Hands on experience using docket containers and Kubernetes.
• Aware about Asynchronous and Loose Coupling.
• Familiar with API’s gateway and microservice design patterns.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js

Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented and self-motivated Back-end Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code that enhances workflow organization and automates various internal processes within the organization. Role

Backend engineers at AssetSprout work on our products. They include software for Certified Financial Planners, their clients, and also internal admin tools. They work with the CTO, frontend engineers, and other backend engineers to deliver towards the company’s vision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own product features end to end in a scalable, secure and maintainable way. The buck stops with you on whatever you own.
• Provide technical solutions through design, architecture and implementation. Wear multiple hats in delivering greenfield projects from concept to production.

Requirements

• We are language and framework agnostic as long as you can pick up new technologies.
• Proficient and expert level coding skills with any of the programming languages, preferably Java, Kotlin. Experience in Python, C++, Scala etc. is welcome.
• Develop web applications and services using Spring Boot. Experience with Akka, Play, Flask, Django is welcome.
• Write automated tests with any of the frameworks. We measure success on how well your code is unit tested and integration tested.
