NodeJS Architect

Talview is seeking experienced frontend developer to join our engineering team building next generation reactive web app applications for the talview platform. We're looking for passionate, creative developers who are excited about solving new problems. As a developer, you will work through the full project lifecycle to design, develop, test, implement and support the web applications. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment on highly impactful projects. We don't expect you to know everything coming in, so we'll pair you with mentors who will help you grow and develop your skills.

Skills & Requirements

We expect to see:

• 2-5 year of experience.
• Expertise with JavaScript and modern JS reactive frameworks like React JS/ Vue / Svelte.
• Experience writing semantic HTML5 markup and CSS3.
• Expertise developing web apps with responsive/adaptive design and progressive enhancement.
• Understanding of major browsers and the special considerations required for various quirks.
• Experience with mobile web development.
• Experience with Node.js, package management, build systems (webpack/rollup/esbuild) and the OSS ecosystem.
• Experience with VCS and Git in particular.
• A strong design sense and knowledge of how product design affects UI/UX.
• Strong Javascript foundation and clear understanding of Javascript classes, prototype based inheritance, modules, etc.

We like to see (but not required):

• An active Stack Overflow and Github profile
• Prior experience with UI frameworks and javascript
• Any open source code or example projects that you're proud of
• Experience in developing SaaS products with an engaged user base
• Any other evidence of your passion for building great applications

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with Project Manager or Project Consultant to develop front end of mobile and web application
• Delivering a complete front-end application
• Ensuring high performance on mobile and desktop
• Writing tested, idiomatic, and documented JavaScript, HTML and CSS
• Coordinating the workflow between the graphic designer, the HTML coder, and yourself
• Cooperating with the back-end developer in the process of building the RESTful API
• Collaborate with the stakeholders, the users, the build team and other development partners to implement state-of-the-art user experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and ship new features
• Participate actively in discussions, presentations and decisions about front end development, web application, mobile app etc.
• Act as the impulse by providing clear guidance to the team’s questions during implementation phases
• Implement new technologies to maximize application performance
• Work with outside data sources and APIs
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance

KEY COMPETENCIES & SKILLS:

• Strong object-oriented JavaScript
• Flat box, material design concepts

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Build scalable web applications using ReactJS, Redux and other related libraries.

2. Integrating back-end API's with front-end.

3. Build reusable code and libraries for future use.

4. Optimize application performance and reduce page loading speed.

5. Solid experience in architecting and implementing highly scalable front-ends in modern technologies such as React or Vue.

6. Gathering requirements from design and technical staff and client on web development needs/Defining effective solutions for business and process problems.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Desired Candidate Profile

· At least 4-7 years of experience as a Web Developer

· Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, Sass or LESS, Bootstrap 4, jQuery, JavaScript.

· Translate UI/UX design to actual code

· Person have basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.

· Person should be in good practices to develop clean, short and optimized html/css code.

· Basic Knowledge of Backend framework (Laravel, Codeigniter, etc) to work on view part

· Understanding of version control (GitHub, bitbucket, SVN)

· Proficient in Optimize Website for maximum speed and scalability

· Person should have expert in Responsive website designing.

· Must have expertise to make SEO compatible html codes.

· Strong critical thinking, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
