Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled QA Tester with a strong background in Vulnerability Testing to ensure the security, functionality, and reliability of our applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in penetration testing, security testing methodologies, load testing, automation, and working with compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test cases, scripts, and security test plans for applications and APIs.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on web, mobile, and cloud-based applications.
• Identify security loopholes, conduct risk analysis, and provide actionable remediation recommendations.
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to ensure secure coding practices.
• Automate security testing and integrate into CI/CD pipelines.
• Test applications against OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities (e.g., SQL Injection, XSS, CSRF, SSRF).
• Utilize tools such as Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, Metasploit, Kali Linux, Nessus, etc.
• Conduct API security testing and validate authentication & authorization mechanisms.
• Document security vulnerabilities and collaborate for timely remediation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards like ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, where applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on Security & Vulnerability Testing.
• In-depth knowledge of penetration testing tools and security frameworks.
• Experience with automated security testing in CI/CD environments (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Proficiency in manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or JavaScript for test automation.
• Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP (preferred).
• Strong understanding of HTTP, APIs, and authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT, SAML).
• Good knowledge of network security, firewalls, and IDS/IPS systems.
• Certifications such as CEH, OSCP, CISSP, Security+ are a plus.

Ideal Candidate

At least 8+ years of experience in Product design

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field

Advanced degree in UX design, HCI, or related design fields

At least 5 years of experience designing for data product or B2B SaaS experiences

At least 5 years with working with a variety of business partners and delivering outcomes

At least 5 years with familiarity with design and prototyping tools, such as Figma

At least 2 years of familiarity with working and contributing to an established design system

    Working knowledge (including design and configuration) of any TMS application e.g. ION-IT2, Oracle Treasury, SAP TRM, etc.

2.      Should have completed at least 4 years in any TMS IT implementation 

3.      Strong experience with corporate funding, treasury, and related accounting functions. 

4.      Experience in business transformation with adapting existing systems to new businesses and strategies 

5.      Strong academic background – An excellent degree from a top-tier university is required in a subject that demonstrates the need for logical thinking, precise understanding, and clear articulation

Key Responsibilities:

Accountable for functionally supporting Trafigura’s IT deliverables for the TMS application. Including;

6.      Ensuring TMS application supports the agreed business requirements.

7.      Review and challenge all requirements/change requests and specifications including:

1.      Functional Requirements

1.      Application functions

2.      Reporting functions

2.      Application Interfaces

3.      Operational control activities

4.      Audit requirements

8.      Documenting the implementation specifications/configurations, and preparing a knowledge base for the application.

9.      Where required, administering, the configuration of the TMS.

10. Develop (review if required) test scenarios and test cases and support end-users with testing

11. Support all type of issue resolution with the respective application owners

12. Identify areas of improvement, research best practices, and offer guidance and recommendations for process changes and potential solutions

We are looking for a focussed, energetic and motivated Senior Java Developer. You must have sufficient experience in Java Development, Spring, Spring Boot, AWS and SQS, S3. You will be challenged with complex and robust product development.

As a Senior Java Developer, you will be the most senior developer within the company working alongside other Java Developers, the Engineering Manager, and the CTO.

Senior Java Developer requirements

Solid development experience using Java, Springboot, SQS, S3 and Microservices

Experience working in Swing Java framework

Revises, updates, refactors, and debugs code

Write clear, concise and efficient code and ensure it is fully tested

Service and develop features using Java with AWS, JUnit, SQL and Spring framework

You have a good knowledge of Cloud technologies (ideally AWS)

Participate in peer coding reviews and work in a collaborative, agile environment

Demonstrate technical knowledge and expertise with a clear understanding on the products' technical composition

Senior Java Developer responsibilities

7-9 yrs minimum work experience

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills

Serves as an expert on developed applications

Ability to adapt and learn new product/technology is key

Collaborates with internal teams to produce software design and architecture

Knowledge of Agile frameworks (i.e. Scrum) and has worked with Jira or Spira

Attend daily stand-up meetings alongside the Scrum Master
