The Marketing Specialist will develop bar-raising content; drive the strategy and execution of campaigns; and dive deep into post campaign analysis to ensure all activities are delivering against predefined targets. · Strategy Development

- Concept Development : Generate innovative ideas and creative strategies for marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and product launches that resonate with the target audience and enhance brand engagement.
- Presentations and Pitching: Present creative concepts and strategies to internal teams and stakeholders, persuasively explaining the vision and rationale behind the proposals.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices across digital and traditional channels.
Skills And Qualifications
- Educational Background:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience : Proven experience as a Creative Strategist or in a similar creative role in advertising, marketing, or branding. Minimum 3-5 relevant years of experience in marketing
- Creative Skills: Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to produce innovative and original ideas.
- Strategic Thinking : Ability to see the bigger picture and approach creative development with strategic goals in mind.
