Role Overview

We are looking for a performance-driven marketing professional with hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Shopify for luxury D2C brands across jewellery, home décor, lifestyle, and fashion. This role is ideal for someone with 2–4 years of experience in paid media and growth marketing, with a strong understanding of scaling premium brands through data-led strategies and conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

• Manage end-to-end campaign setup including targeting, budgeting, creatives, and A/B testing

• Drive acquisition, conversions, and ROAS for Shopify-based D2C brands

• Optimize Shopify funnels (landing pages, product pages, checkout) for higher conversion rates

• Track and analyze performance (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS) with data-driven optimizations

• Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking

• Build and scale retargeting and audience segmentation strategies

• Collaborate with creative teams to deliver high-performing, brand-aligned ad creatives

• Monitor trends, platform updates, and new ad formats across Meta and Google

Responsibilities and Duties for CA

 To manage and review day to day operations of the accounts department.

 Calculate GST, T.D.S., Income Tax, Labour Laws etc. liability on monthly basis.

 File all statutory returns i.e. Income Tax Returns, PT return, excise return PF/ ESIC return on time.

 To maintain fund requirement and reconcile of cash and Bank books on daily basis.

 To maintain spreadsheets for monitoring and analyzing accounting data and prepare financial reports.

 To prepare table of accounts, assign entries to proper accounts to ensure proper accounting methods,

principles and policies are being followed.

 To complete and coordinate annual audits and provide recommendations for improving procedures and

systems for initiating corrective actions.

 Attend the Scrutiny and Appeals and prepare the documentation of the same.

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer to join our team and contribute to the development and improvement of both our customer-centric SaaS platform and internal systems. As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the server-side logic of our application, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.

As a Backend Developer with expertise in Java, and PostgreSQL, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining the backend infrastructure of our SaaS and internal platforms, ensuring its reliability, scalability, and performance. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, product managers, and designers, to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and develop server-side logic, APIs, and database schema to support the functionality and performance requirements of our SaaS platform.
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented code using any relevant programming language preferably Java with SpringBoot.
• Optimize the backend systems for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring high performance and responsiveness of the application.
• Implement data storage solutions using PostgreSQL or other relational databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve any issues or bugs in the backend code.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in backend development and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Backend Developer or similar role, with a focus on server-side development.
• Proficiency in working with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL, and writing efficient SQL queries.
• Familiarity with SaaS concepts and architecture.
• Experience with API design and development, including RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of software development principles, including object-oriented programming, design patterns, and data structures.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.

• Relevant experience in React JS  5+ Year

• Experience in Hooks, Typescript

• Experience in GraphQL (Query & Mutations)
• Strong experience in Jest for Unit Testing
• Knowledge on docker, K8 and Kafka

Education & Qualification Requirement:

• Bachelor of Engineering, preferably in Computer Science of Information Technology

Desired Skills and Experience:

• You have 3+ years of iOS app development experience using Swift.
• Published apps in the App store
• Have a good sense of how networked applications (Web services/REST APIs and JSON) work
• Well versed with server side syncing, database handling etc.
• Sharp analytical skills - find out edge cases both in code and usability/product.
• Ability to learn and adapt fast.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• 2+ years experience in any UNIX environment
• Experience implementing and maintaining unit tests
• Interest in privacy and the protection of personal information
• Good grasp of the fundamentals of UI layout designing, mobile UI components, using common themes and styles.
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
• Strong understanding of design patterns, or an opinion on why they're overrated.

• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
• Analysis, Automate and backtest the existing strategies
• Employing statistical applications to visualize and/or transform the distribution or dispersion profile of individual signals and support the mathematical formulation of multiple signal algorithms to rank securities for investment.

• Candidates should have strong coding skills in Python (NumPy, Pandas, matplotlib, Zipline) /Django/Java script etc.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3
• Must have Database knowledge like Open source, PostgreSQL, MySQL/SQ
