Role Overview:

* We are looking for a talented and motivated React.js Developer with 2-3 years of hands

* on experience to join our front-end team in Mumbai. This role involves building scalable,

* user-centric web interfaces that interact with cutting-edge AI and blockchain-based

* systems.

* You’ll be part of a product team solving real-world challenges in trade finance and supply

* chain automation, contributing to platforms that are redefining how global commerce operates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using

React.js

• Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into code with pixel-perfect precision

• Work closely with backend and blockchain teams to integrate APIs and services

• Implement clean, maintainable, and scalable front-end architecture

• Optimize components for maximum performance across browsers and devices

• Collaborate in Agile teams with Product Owners, Designers, and QA Engineers

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging

• Stay up to date with the latest trends in front-end development, Web3, and AI

integration

Required Skills:

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in React.js development

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3

• Experience with React Hooks, Redux, or Context API

• Proficiency in consuming and integrating RESTful APIs

• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows

• Good understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility

• Strong attention to detail and debugging skills

Bonus / Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to Blockchain fundamentals (e.g., smart contracts, wallets, Web3.js)

• Basic understanding of AI APIs or AI-powered UX features

• Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or GraphQL

• UI libraries like Material-UI, Tailwind CSS, or Ant Design

• Familiarity with test frameworks like Jest or React Testing Library

• Knowledge of security best practices in financial applications

What you’ll be doing:

You will understand the Business requirement and design, develop and deploy ERP Web Application using ADO.Net, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/JQuery. Lead a team of engineers. Motivates team members and assesses performance. Provides help to team and management, including hiring and training, and keeps management updated on team performance. Communicates concerns and policies among management and team members

• Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.   
• Analyzing and resolving technical and application problems   
• Adhering to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget   
• Compliance of process and quality management standards   
• Should have a solid understanding of the SDLC processes (Design, Construction, Testing, Deployment)
• Preparing reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software.   
• Providing third-level support to business users.
• Lead and build the team.
• Should be the interface between the team and management.
• Supports the team manager and performs management duties when manager is absent or out of office
• Have experience in handling risks and providing mitigation strategies to the Product Manager. 

What experience, skills & qualification you’ll bring to us:

Primary Skills

•  6+ years of experience in .NET Framework like C#.Net/ ASP.Net
• Minimum 4 years of experience on Web Application development ADO.Net, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/JQuery
• Been on a Lead role and led a team of 3-5 people for a period of 2 years
• Must have a good exposure on query writing and DB management for writing stored procedures/ user-defined functions
• Should have a very good understanding of the project architecture

Secondary Skills

• Experience in analyzing existing code and debugging.
• Experience in developing the product
• Should have a solid understanding of the SDLC processes (Design, Construction, Testing, Deployment)
• Prior experience of working in AJAX, Crystal report, Infragistics grid and control
• Proven experience of delivering on-time and with quality
• Should have good unit testing skills to review his own development and identify all the defects and get it fixed before releasing the code

Desired Skills

• Should have experience in developing ERP applications or Database Intensive Data Entry applications.
• Experience in the software development life cycle process
• Hands on experience of configuration management and version maintenance
• Hand on experience in writing technical specifications
• n-Tier architecture

• Definition, development, implementation and execution of reusable, flexible, accurate and well-documented test plans for our (embedded) software.
  Ensure the quality of deliverables for the embedded real-time software application by defining test plans, performing manual testing, and developing automated tests that cover functional, integration, system, performance, and regression aspects.
• Working with specifications, technical documentation, existing use cases and business requirements.
• Proposing improvements to address the identified problems, which you will follow up on and, when they are value-adding, embed them in the testing frameworks.
• Create and implement testing methods, record results, and provide recommendations to improve quality.
• Perform and execute end to end validation of components and lower-level changes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in the field of (Embedded) Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience with testing software.
• 3+ years use of Python, C/C++
• Experience using embedded development and testing tools (emulators, debuggers, analyzers, etc.)
• Experience in designing, developing, and executing embedded software automation and test scripts 
• Understanding of operating systems (Embedded) Linux, RTOS and some basic understanding of microcontrollers.

Other (preferred) Qualifications:

• Working multidisciplinary knowledge about electronics, software, and hardware
• Knowledge of Agile/SCRUM practices.
• Ability to understand (embedded) hardware documentation.
• Bash / Shell scripting
• Experience with Level2 AC EV chargers and/or DC fast chargers.

• Worked on REST frameworks/libraries like Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Dropwizard,  REST popular frameworks & libraries}, JVM, GC tuning, performance tuning) Express etc

• Experience in Microservices architecture is a must.
• Working on public clouds such as AWS, GCP, Azure etc is preferred
• Worked on Relational data stores viz. MySQL, Oracle, or Postgres.
• Worked on Non-relational data stores viz. Cassandra, HBase, Couchbase, MongoDB, etc
• Worked on caching infra viz. Redis, Memcached, Aerospike, Riak, etc
• Worked on Queueing infra viz. Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ etc

• Have 3+ years of experience in Python development
• Be familiar with common database access patterns
• Have experience with designing systems and monitoring metrics, looking at graphs.
• Have knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes and Docker.
• Be able to work well in a remote development environment.
• Be able to communicate in English at a native speaking and writing level.
• Be responsible to your fellow remote team members.
