As an Operational Accounting Intern, you will be focusing on supporting day-to-day accounting operations, including processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and assisting with financial reporting. Your role will involve maintaining accurate financial records, preparing documentation for audits, and ensuring compliance with internal controls. Since operational accounting impacts all areas of the organization, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with various teams across Springer Capital, gaining exposure to both finance and cross-department workflows.

Strong Industrial Designer / Physical Product Designer profile

Mandatory (Experience 1) - Must have a minimum 5+ YOE in Designing Consumer Electronics or Consumer Durables Physical Products

Mandatory (Experience 2) - Very Strong Experience with CMF (Color, Material, Finish) for Physical product designs

Mandatory (Experience 3) - Must have experience with 3D Designs using computer-aided design (CAD) tools

Mandatory (Portfolio) - Strong portfolio of Industrial / Physical Product design Consumer Products (Must have shown the 3D look and feel of Physical products in portfolio)

Mandatory (Company) - Good Consumer Electronics or Handset / Mobility or Automotive Industry or New age start-ups ( Eg, Jaguar, Titan, Ola, Fossils, BMW)

Mandatory (Education) - Design Degree from NID Ahmedabad or an equivalent tier-1 design institute

Business Development Executive (Floor and Wall tiles)

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Locations: Delhi, Lucknow, and Pune

Responsibilities:

• Achieve regional client activation and sales targets through proactive territory management.
• Secure product specifications, approvals, and conversions by providing strategic sales guidance to clients and stakeholders.
• Meet sales targets across all product lines by planning and executing targeted sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with the sales team to retain and grow the customer base, building strong relationships with key accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with architects, builders, interior designers, influencers, government authorities, and corporate customers to drive project specifications and orders.
• Leverage a strong stakeholder network to drive sustainable revenue growth across assigned markets.

Qualifications:

• Industry Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales and business development, specifically in tiles and bathware.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree
• Languages and Communication: Fluency in English and the relevant regional language is mandatory.

Primary responsibilities will include:

• In-depth involvement and ownership of the financial and taxation due diligence function of the firm at every stage of the portfolio company’s transitional journey

• Developing a deep understanding and analysis of the portfolio company’s financial model

• Portfolio monitoring and financial/operational analysis

• Competition benchmarking and analysis

• Creation of frameworks and guidelines for key business functions both internal and with portfolio companies

• Stage-wise financial and operational goals setting and assessment for portfolio companies

• External and Internal reporting on a Quarterly and Annual basis

Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of relevant work experience

• CA preferred

• Working in Big 4 or 6 companies

• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

• Should possess strong ethics and high integrity

1. 3+ years of experience with Cordova
2. 4+ years of experience with Android and iOS Development.
3. Experience in Cordova Plugins using Native SDKs/APIs
4. Implementation of WebRTC in atleast one Cordova Project
5. Fluent communication Written and Verbal in English

• Design and develop a comprehensive website using Next.js, integrating both client-side and server-side architecture.
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use, ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with team members, including designers and project managers, to translate business and user requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement robust security and data protection measures.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate into operations and practices.
• Conduct testing to identify bugs and technical issues before and after deploying.
• Document development processes, code changes, and other technical information for reference and reporting.
