Job Description:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient micro-services using

Python and related frameworks (e.g., Flask, FastAPI,pytest).

• Develop Python scripts and tools to automate deployment, configuration

management, monitoring, and maintenance of our systems.

• Design and implement API automation tests to ensure the reliability and

performance of our software products.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation processes,

performance bottlenecks, and system failures.

• Integrate backend automation processes with CI/CD pipelines for seamless

deployment and continuous improvement.

• Optimize and refactor code to improve the scalability and maintainability of

frameworks/services.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand automation

requirements and design scalable, efficient backend automation solutions.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies

related to python backend frameworks.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or

equivalent experience).

• 3+ Years of experience as a Python Developer with a strong focus on

automation.

• Proficiency in Python programming, including experience with libraries such

as Flask, Django, or FastAPI.

• Understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.

• Experience with database systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.

• Knowledge of containerisation technologies such as Docker.

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and

infrastructure as code (IaC) tools.

• problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex automation issues.

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

• Ability to work in an agile development environment and adapt to changing

requirements.

We are looking for a highly skilled computer programmer who is comfortable with both front and back end programming. Full stack developer is responsible for developing and designing front end web architecture, ensuring the responsiveness of applications, and working alongside graphic designers for web design features, among other duties.

Full stack developers will be required to see out a project from conception to final product, requiring good organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Developing front end website architecture.
• Designing user interactions on web pages.

• Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones.
• Ensuring responsiveness of applications.
• Working alongside graphic designers for web design features.

• Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.

• • 3+ years of web development experience using LAMP stack or Node.js or similar web technologies 
• • Well-versed with front-end code in HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, React.js with familiarity in various frameworks and template languages 
• • Possess strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, especially in PHP 
• • Proficient with database design, optimization and tuning in MySQL or MongoDB 
• • Experience in design patterns, unit testing, automation techniques (Selenium WebDriver) 
• • Exposure to Amazon Web Services (EC2, S3, EBS, RDS, SQS, Redshift, etc.) 
• • Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes 
• • Exposure to collaborating tools like GitHub, JIRA, Confluence 
• • Experience in frameworks such as Symfony 2, Express.js, or proven ability to learn on the job 
• • Experience in Microservices and REST architecture

The Role

Based in Jaipur or Pune, you will be working in a collaborative team on cutting edge technologies in a supportive and dynamic environment. Ultimately you are responsible for building the CODI and on-boarding new clients - this involves:

• Developing a good understanding of the solutions which Peak delivers, and how these link to Peak’s overall strategy.
• Making suggestions towards shaping the strategy for a feature and engineering design.
• Managing own workload and usually delivering unsupervised. Accountable for their own workstream or the work of a small team.  
• Understanding Engineering priorities and is able to focus on these, helping others to remain focussed too
• Acting as the Lead Engineer on a project. Helps ensure others follow Peak processes, such as release and version control.
• An active member of the team, through useful contributions to projects and in team meetings.
• Supervising others. Deputising for a Lead and/or support them with tasks. Mentoring new joiners/interns and Masters students. Sharing knowledge and learnings with the team.

Required Skills and Experience

We are building a team of world class engineers in Jaipur / Pune, essentially we are looking for bright, talented engineers looking to work at the cutting edge of practical AI.

• Acquired strong proven professional programming experience.
• Strong command of Algorithms, Data structures, Design patterns, and Product Architectural Design.
• Good understanding of DevOps, Cloud technologies, CI/CD, Serverless and Docker, preferable AWS 
• Proven track record and expert in one of the field - DevOps/Frontend/Backend
• Excellent coding and debugging skills in any language with command on any one programming paradigm, preferred Javascript/Python/Go
• Experience with at least one of the Database systems - RDBMS and NoSQL
• Ability to document requirements and specifications.
• A naturally inquisitive and problem-solving mindset.
• Strong experience in using AGILE or SCRUM techniques to build quality software.
• Advantage: experience in React js, AWS, Nodejs, Golang, Apache Spark, ETL tool, data integration system, certification in AWS, worked in a Product company and involved in making it from scratch, Good communication skills, open-source contributions, proven competitive coding pro

Roles and Responsibilities

• The candidate should have good experience in React & Node. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• Produce high-quality code and experience with security implementations Identifying application security risks and Implementing security patches procedures.
• Stronghold on MongoDB and experience on other No SQL databases.
• Experience with Graph, Payment Gateway, Node.js process management, and web sockets like socket.io

Desired Candidate Profile

• Good understanding of core concepts of React.js.
• Strong understanding of Node.js and express.
• Hands-on experience in state management libraries like Redux & RXJS.
• Strong foundation of HTML5 & CSS3, pre-processors (Less/SCSS) and JavaScript.
• Experience integrating with Restful web services.
• Proficient with ES6/7/8 syntax and concepts.
