Key Responsibilities

Desired Skills

4-12 years of experience in HR with major exposure in Talent

Acquisition, preferably in the IT industry.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources (Mandatory)

Strong Technical Implementation manager profile with exposure to enterprise clients in B2B SaaS domain

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 4+ years in Technical Implementation Manager/ SaaS Implementation manager/Technical Project Implementation Manager with atleast the recent 2+ years in a B2B SaaS company dealing with enterprise clients

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have direct experience leading end-to-end software/tech product/tech project delivery

Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have External / Client project implementation experience (Don't want internal project manager)

Mandatory (Experience 4) - Experience coordinating with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to ensure successful customer go-live.

Mandatory (Note 1): Not looking for implementation engineer but someone who handles the implementation projects. In their current or most recent role, the candidate must be the accountable owner of implementation projects (primary client point of contact, owns the project plan and go-live), not a hands-on specialist executing the build.

Primarily we look for below following criteria :

• Good requirement gathering / BA skills
• Experience of Agile framework
• Domain – BFS : Wholesale / Retail etc. 
• Data Analytics & AI, Digital Banking experience

• Experience in designing and developing web-based applications using Java, J2EE, Web Services, MVC framework, Servlets Spring, Hibernate, Struts, REST, MYSQL.
• Experience in Database application programming for MySQL server using
  Stored Procedures, Triggers, Views etc.
• Experienced in implementing presentation layer using JSP, HTML, CSS, Ajax, JQuery. Java script.
• Formulated AWS (EC2, S3, Elastic Beanstalk, RDS, Route53, SG, ELB, IAM, CloudWatch). (ABOVE ONLY NEEDED FOR 7+ EXPERIENCE)
• Experienced in Analysis, Design, Development, Integration, Deployment
  and Maintenance of Web services, Client Server and Web based applications.
• Well versed with Agile development process, Scrum.
• Good knowledge in version control system tools like GIT.
• Ability to take independent responsibility as well as ability to contribute and be a productive team member.
• Excellent analytical, logical and programming skills, Self-Motivated, Self-Starter, Team Player can work with minimal supervision with effective Communication
  skills and Organizational skills combined with attention and Time management skills.

Senior Java Backend Developer

Together with the team, you will be responsible for the development and migration of our FlexWhere application from a PHP based application to a java application. You report to the Manager Development & Support and collaborate with our Dutch IT Team, who work from our headquarters in the Netherlands. We work with two-week sprints, in which features and improvements are tested in an alpha and beta environment, after which you will release the services in our Kubernetes cluster. Our applications are being used by thousands of customers in Europe on a daily basis. • A degree in Engineering (B.Tech or BE);
• Minimum of 3-year work experience as a Java developer in Java and/or Kotlin, Groovy;
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git);
• Experience with third-party API’s and third-party libraries like MongoDB, Redis, MySQL, ElasticSearch;
• Familiar with automation testing tools;
• Knowledge about scaling architectures in the cloud like EC2.
