Must have skills:

• Hands on expertise in Go / Golang, low-latency routing, distributed systems.
• Experience designing and troubleshooting low-latency applications.
• Experience in enterprise software deploy / developing SaaS application is a plus
• Event drive architecture (EDA) microservices project experience is a plus.
• Additional programming knowledge: Typescript or NodeJS or Python
• Hands on experience using docket containers and Kubernetes.
• Aware about Observability, Asynchronous and Loose Coupling.
• Familiar with deep knowledge on infrastructure and customer application deployment
• Work with message brokers and streaming technologies such as Kafka, or similar event-driven platforms.

A skilled Go/GoLang Developer with 4–6 years of experience in building scalable applications using event-driven architecture within distributed systems. The ideal candidate should be comfortable in low level programming, high-performance backend services and have a strong understanding of Observability, asynchronous programming patterns.

Experience or exposure to knowledge embedding and vectorization techniques is a strong plus, especially in the context of modern data-driven or AI-powered systems.

Required Skills

About You: ● Education ranging from a Bachelor’s of Science degree in computer science or related engineering degree. ● 12+ years of high level API, abstraction layers, and application software development experience. ● 5+ years experience building scalable, serverless solutions in GCP or AWS ● 4+ years of experience in Python, MongoDB ● Experience with large-scale distributed systems and streaming data services. ● Experience building, developing, and maintaining cloud native infrastructure, serverless architecture, micro-operations, and workflow automation. ● You are a hardworking problem-solver who thrives in finding solutions to difficult technical challenges. ● Experience with modern high-level languages and databases including Javascript, MongoDB, and Python. ● Experience in Github, Gitlab, CI/CD, Jira, unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and collaborative documentation. ● Expertise with GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, or containerization, is a great plus. ● Ability to write and assess clean, functional, high quality and testable code for each of our projects. ● Positive and proactive, solution-focused contributor and team motivation.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining Python-based applications.
• Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Integrating user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
• Identifying and fixing bottlenecks and bugs.
• Participating in code reviews.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop and implement new features.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and its frameworks such as Django or Flask.
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git.
• Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL or MongoDB.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job Details: 

• Three plus years of experience in IT systems analysis and application program development
• Experience in an Object Oriented Programming language such as Java is a must
• The candidate must be a hands-on coder doing active development
• Extensive experience programming in Java Application Development & RESTful API
• Experience in AWS Cloud technologies is optional but good to have

• Strong experience and knowledge in Spring boot framework and microservice architecture
• Solid demonstrated object-oriented software development experience with Java, SQL, Maven, relational/NoSQL databases, and testing frameworks
• Strong working experience with developing RESTful services
• Should have experience working on Application frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, AOP

• Ability to take up tasks independently and willing to be an individual contributor when required
• Working experience or knowledge of Scrum/Kanban and SAFe agile processes
• Should have an excellent communication skill (Verbal & Oral)

• 2+ years of experience on Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate in medium to large-scale projects
• Must have experience with at least some flavours of both SQL (MySQL, Postgres) and NoSQL (Kafka, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, NoSQL distributed cache system, DynamoDB etc), datastores in production
• Must have experience with Kafka or similar message queue systems in production
• Stellar problem solving skills
• Hunger to learn new things and ability to grasp new concepts quickly
• Ability to move quickly without breaking things too much (we are dreamers)
• Ability to work under immense pressure which is balanced by a sense of responsibility and ownership
