Role – Senior Developer (Back End)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for design & developing products involving Java, JEE, Springboot.
• Object-oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
• Deep insight of Java and JEE internals such as memory management, transaction management, etc.
• Design and develop features and modules for mission-critical applications.
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.
• Prepare and produce releases of software components.
• Mentoring and guiding the team members.
• An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and bring in optimal flow for rapidly changing design/ technology.
• Implementation of API.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strong core java & J2EE skill
•  5+ years of experience in Spring Boot.
• 5+ years of experience in Spring and REST/SOAP services
• Strong knowledge in Java web application design and development
• Strong knowledge of Spring frameworks (Spring Boot, Spring integration, Spring Security, etc.), JPA, RESTful APIs
• Experience with design and development of highly available, distributed and scalable transactional enterprise systems
• Results oriented and focused on meeting deliverable timelines.
• A team player with excellent communication skills.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Backend Engineer proficient in Java to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of hands-on experience in Java development, particularly in building robust backend systems and microservices architecture. As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient backend solutions to support our products and services.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems and microservices using Java.
2. Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
3. Implement best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
4. Optimize and refactor existing codebase for improved performance, scalability, and maintainability.
5. Troubleshoot and debug issues in production environments and provide timely resolutions.
6. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions and improvements.
7. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to their professional growth and development.
8. Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 4-7 years of professional experience in backend development with a focus on Java.
3. Strong proficiency in Java programming language and its ecosystem.
4. Experience with building scalable and distributed systems using microservices architecture.
5. Proficiency in Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, etc.).
6. Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
7. Experience with RESTful API design and implementation.
8. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
9. Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
10. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
11. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
12. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
13. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
2. Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
3. Knowledge of reactive programming frameworks like Akka or Vert.x.
4. Familiarity with message broker systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
5. Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in the developer community.

Skills Required:

· Strong application development and design experience in highly Scalable enterprise JAVA/J2EE systems.

· Strong experience in complex application design, ability to provide solutions, design Concepts, design patterns.

· Strong understanding of Java best practices, system scalability, and performance tuning.

· Expertise in Spring (MVC, CORE, Boot, JDBC).

· Strong Knowledge of Restful services, XML, JSON are required.

· Having knowledge in Hadoop/Bigdata/ETL/Reporting systems is a plus.

• Min 5 years of hands-on experience in Java Spring-boot technologies
