Role & Responsibilities:

The Creative Lead is responsible for overseeing the creation and execution of all creative

concepts and guidelines, ensuring they meet the brand's objectives, and elevating the brand's

visual identity. The Creative Lead manages a team of creative, develops creative strategies, and

collaborates with other teams to ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging.

 Creativity skills, including graphic design, art direction, and visual storytelling

 Excellent communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional

teams and communicate ideas clearly and persuasively

 Experience in developing and implementing creative strategies

 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design,

Advertising, Marketing or a related field

 Portfolio of work that showcases creative and strategic thinking

 Experience in the lifestyle or fashion industry is a plus

• Experienced in Selenium WebDriver
• Experience with Selector Web Elements, Particularly XPath
• Aware of Core Selenium concepts like different types of Wait, Complex X Paths, Selenium Grid etc.
• Expertise in Java programming language
• Knowhow of Jenkins and setting up a Continuous Delivery pipeline
• Apache POI API for reading and writing data to excel.
• Experienced working in IDE : Preferably Eclipse.
• Experienced in Version Control tool : GIT or SVN.
• Experienced in Testing Framework: Preferably TestNG or JUnit.
• Experienced in Build Tools: ANT and Maven.
• Expertise in at least one programming language - Java/C#

Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to set communications calendar, creative strategy, and content promotions
• Build customers segments and communication campaigns along customer journeys
• Set, track, and improve key metrics within SMS, email, in-app message and push notification channels
• Identify opportunities to increase retention and lifetime value; plan, direct, and execute marketing programs that achieve those goals
• Plan, implement and track A/B and multivariate tests for transactional, triggered, and marketing mailings Code, test, and implement marketing promotions and campaigns
• Lead efforts for cross-promotion and marketing of new Zolve products across applicable audiences
• Stay current with industry innovations, trends, and best practices across functional areas
• Ensure customer data policies and Zolve's privacy policy are enforced

Requirements: 

• 2-5 years of relevant work experience ideally in a fintech/payments/E-commerce/ tech environment with strong growth and analytics background
• 2+ years experience in maintenance & management of CRM platforms (customer.io //CleverTap experience is a bonus)
• MBA or equivalent post-graduation, with at least two years of experience in digital marketing in B2C company 
• Strong understanding of advertising tools like AdWords, Facebook Business Manager, Adobe AdCloud. 
• Experience with/understand fundamentals of brand building and marketing i.e. audience mapping, positioning, media planning/media mix etc. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Prior startup experience is a plus

What do we expect from you?

1) Brainstorming with the business development team to create a new project and sales strategy.

2) Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process.

3) Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.

4) Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software.

5) Work on targets and under pressure as this is a hardcore sales profile.

6) Be on calls and counsel students throughout the day.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in building large complex and performant web applications using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS across multiple browsers.
• Strong Object Oriented JavaScript fundamentals.
• Experience in java script frameworks such as React and a good understanding of the basics of these frameworks and their life cycles.
• Deep understanding of various deployment strategies and their pros and cons.
• Understanding of Docker.
• SSR experience is a must.
• You should have enough understanding of SEO principles.
• Experience of working with React Hooks desirable.
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
• Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript (ES6 ES7).
• Experience with server-side rendering using nextjs, express, hapi etc.
• Hands-on experience with any unit testing framework (mocha/chai, jest etc).
• Deeper understanding of Chrome Dev Tools.
• Should understand nuances of the timeline for perf monitoring.

Requirements and Qualification

• 4-7 years of experience.
