Digital Marketing Intern

Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with key clients through proactive communication, including outbound calls, virtual meetings, and in-person visits.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience for the client.
• Understand client business needs, challenges, and objectives to offer tailored solutions that align with company services.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Strategically follow up on leads and business inquiries, providing relevant information via email, calls, or meetings.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of current and potential clients, tracking engagement and sales activity.
• Create and implement customized sales strategies, including cold outreach, networking, and lead qualification, to drive business growth.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Present and clearly explain services to prospective clients, showcasing value propositions and ROI.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and potential areas for business development.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively managing a pipeline of key accounts.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 1 to 4 years in key account management or B2B sales, with demonstrated success in end-to-end sales cycles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• 4-8 years of web-based application development in Python/Django
• Experience in Terrafoam.
• Competence in using scripting languages to automate tasks (Perl, Bash, PowerShell, Ruby, Python/Django or similar).
• Experience in working with Linux/Unix platforms.

Automobile Background Experience is Mandatory.

•                    Ability to complete all phases of software development life cycle including analysis, design, functionality, testing and support

•                    Proven experience with Microsoft .NET technologies including, .Net Core, ASP.NET, ADO.NET

•                    Proficiency in Web API Creation and RESTful services with CRUD Operations(.Net Framework/.Net Core).

•                    Strong in Jquery/javascrpit/CSS/Bootstrap

•                    Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)

•                    Knowledge of Design/architectural patterns (e.g. MVC)

•                    Understanding of Agile methodologies

•                    Working knowledge of Entity Framework

•                    Hands on experience of JSON, XML, Web API 2, Entity Framework

•                    Working knowledge of Angular JS/ React using .net platform is a plus

• Extensive experience in designing, building & supporting Azure Managed Services Operations.
• Good understanding of Azure IaaS and PaaS services (Azure VMs, App Service, VM Scale set, Storage, Web App, Function App, Logic App, SQL instance, Data factory, Key vault, API management service etc.).
• Good understanding of Azure networking, vNet, NSG, various load balancing services, VPN, Express Route and firewalls in cloud environment.
• Knowledge on Cloud Adoption Framework.
• Hands on Experience in migration of various workloads to Azure from on-prem sources like VMware, Hyper-V, Physical Servers and from other Clouds.
• Knowledge of Azure Backups and ASR (Azure Site Recovery).
• Strong Knowledge on Containerization and Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS).
• Powershell Scripting, Azure CLI, ARM templates writing, setup automation for resources provisioning and other IaC tools like terraform, Ansible is an added advantage.
• Knowledge on Azure automation and Automation Desire State Configuration.
• Knowledge on Azure Devops or GIT Actions on CI/CD pipeline configuration.
• Strong experience in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Microsoft based production systems.
• Aspire to learn and be able to pick up latest technical advances in Azure and be able to implement it.
• Certificate on Azure Administrator & Azure Architect has added advantage.

•   Skillset and experience in Magento 2.x.
• More than 4 years of experience
• Experience in Agile Methodology is preferred
• Strong functional and code-level knowledge of all Magento components and relevant eCommerce technologies.
• Sound experience and knowledge of PHP 7.x and MySQL.
• Knowledge of Magento design patterns & EAV structure.
• Skilled in Object Oriented Programming (OOPs) and having a good understanding in MVC frameworks: Symfony and/or Zend framework.
• Should have experience in design & develop custom Magento 2 modules/extensions and new functionality.
• Presentation skills and ability to work under pressure
• Should be able to customize various custom and 3rd party Modules.
• Ability to use GIT, Composer, and CLI.
• Experience in API Integration with 3rd party ERP systems & 3rd party services.
• Experience in Payment & Shipment Gateway integration.
• Demonstrated knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3.
• Knowledge of Magento site optimization techniques.
• Experience of Knockout.js will be a plus
