POSITION: Sr. QA Engineer

We are looking for a seasoned and results-driven Senior QA Engineer with 7 to 10 years of

experience in Manual and Automation Testing. The candidate should have deep expertise in QA

processes, strong automation skills using Python or equivalent, and the ability to lead quality

initiatives for our core product suite. You won't just be finding bugs — you will be building a

resilient quality ecosystem that leverages modern tools.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent

LOCATION: Jaipur (Work from Office)

SHIFT TIMINGS: 10:00 AM - 07:00 PM IST

What You’ll Be Doing:

● Understand business requirements and convert them into test scenarios and test cases

● Perform Manual Testing including Functional, Regression, Integration, & System Testing

● Develop, maintain, and execute Automation Scripts using Python

● Identify, report, and track defects using defect management tools

● Work closely with Developers, Product Managers, and QA team members

● Lead requirement analysis, test planning, and test case reviews

● Contribute to improving QA processes and automation coverage

● Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross-functional reviews

● Identify, report, and track defects using defect management tools; manage triage and

resolution with development teams

● Catch edge cases before they become production issues

● Co-ordination is release processes

Automation Skills:

● Maintain, and extend robust Automation Frameworks ( PyTest / Selenium) for UI and

backend services as well as design patterns, and CI/CD integration

● Monitor nightly automation runs, troubleshoot defects

● Ability to design, extend, debug, and maintain test frameworks independently

API and Database Testing:

● Perform contract testing and functional validation of REST APIs using Postman or similar

tools.

● Write complex SQL queries to validate data pipelines, migrations

Qualifications:

● Strong understanding of Software Testing concepts

● Experience in writing Test Cases and Test Scenarios

● Experience in Defect Tracking tools (JIRA, etc.)

● Experience in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)

● Experience in Agile / Scrum methodology

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a 'break-it' mentality

● Good communication skills — ability to articulate quality risks to non-technical

stakeholders

● Self-motivated, quick learner, and proactive in driving quality culture

● Strong team player with empathy to help developers 'fix-it'

● Exposure to Agentic AI testing frameworks

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media platforms.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Support onboarding activities and employee documentation.

Assist in preparing offer letters and HR-related documents.

Help maintain attendance, leave records, and employee data.

Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.

Support HR operations and administrative tasks.

Ensure proper filing and maintenance of HR records and documents.

Work closely with the HR team on day-to-day recruitment and HR activities.

• Knowledge on Routing and switching Technologies like IGP, OSPF, EGP, BGP, STP, RSTP, VTP, VSS, vPC, vDC, MSTP, LACP, VLAN

• Knowledge on Data Center, Cloud and Virtualization industry, ACI, Nexus products

• Experienced Knowledge on LAN SW Technologies like STP, RSTP, VTP, VSS, vPC, vDC, MSTP, LACP, VLAN, VXLAN-EVPN, DCNM, OTV, Fex, Fabricpath, VXlan, LISP.

• Knowledge of Cisco switching Platforms like Cat 6500, 6800, 4500, 3850, Nexus 7K, Nexus 5k, Nexus 3K and Nexus9k (standalone and ACI)

• Experience in installation, configuration, testing and troubleshooting and/or Network solution designing of Cisco routers and switch

  • The candidate should be a system thinker.

  • Familiar with Document Store Databases (like Cosmos DB / Mongo DB).
  • Knowledge in Modular Architecture and Microservices.
  • Comfortable leading large technical projects.
  • Knowledge of any cloud services AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
  • Good understanding of ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC)).
  • Experience with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC).
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline).

Desired Skills: 

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent streams from Top Tier Institutes.
• 3 – 7 years of experience in designing and developing highly scalable, high performance and fault tolerant mobile application products with infrastructure hosted on Cloud 
• Proficiency in developing ReSTful APIs, flutter, mobile libraries, Android OS, App Development language (PHP/Kotlin/Java/JavaScript or equivalent) 
• Knowledge of Cloud Services, Containers, Databases, disaster recovery, and message queues (Kafka / RabbitMQ) is highly preferable.
• Experience with DevOps and delivering into cloud-based environments using standard CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Artifactory, Spinnaker, SonarQube) and best practices 
• Good proficiency in SQL 
• Good understanding of database technologies like MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra, etc. 
• Sound debugging skills with the ability to identify performance bottlenecks and drive optimization efforts 

Good to have: 

• Strong experience working with multi-cloud (AWS/GCP/AZURE), Docker, and container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes and Terraform 
• Good understanding of observatory tools and logging
